When I went in the ladies at the front immediately started to help, and they answered all of my questions about how their shakes were meal replacements, and what their teas and boosters did, and I was super excited to try both, which is what you get when you order a meal replacement shake. They even help me to make a flavor decision based on what I liked and the things that I needed for my work out before I went. I also went on Tuesday and as teacher you get a discount on Tuesdays! I will definitely be back and hopefully as they get busy and summer is around the corner, hours can be extended because sometimes it's hard to get there in there hours of operation. Let's face it you are essentially getting the same volume of food, so why be penalized for wanting more variety? Glad Nautical Bowls fixed this. My favorite combo is a custom bowl with Acai, Blue Majik, Coconut and Pitaya with Strawberries, Blueberries, Hempseeds, Granola and Honey. It's DELICIOUS! There is also a great loyalty program as well, so be sure to sign up for that. The service is always friendly and fast, so no complaints here whatsoever. There's a few tables and some games like Connect Four, so even though it's a small space, it still feels inviting. Definitely give Nautical Bowls a try.
