This was not an easy project, as access to the house's main roof is blocked by a front fence and a separate 2 car garage. So his team improvised a bridge from the garage's roof to the house roof. They then removed the old roof shingles and found dry rot in the plywood underlay, which they replaced at cost, while making sure to thoroughly vent the new roof to prevent future dry rot.. The attention to detail was ongoing throughout the project. They refurbished the skylights and house vents and then painted them a color that matched the shingles. I would recommend them in a heart beat..

Phil's price was reasonable and fair compared to other higher priced companies that didn't have the same reputation. I am 100% satisfied with everything this company did from start to finish. After receiving several roofing estimates, we ultimately chose Symplify Roofing, and we are happy…read morethat we did. From the very beginning, Ethan, Michael, Oscar, Belmonda and the entire team stood out because of their transparency, honesty, and genuine care. They took the time to educate us about our roof and pointed out issues and considerations that other roofing companies never even mentioned. We truly felt that they cared about our family and our home, regardless of whether we chose them for the project. The communication before and during the project was exceptional. Every team member knew their role, and everyone worked together like a symphony. The entire process was organized, professional, and efficient. Most importantly, the finished roof looks absolutely amazing. No construction project is completely without challenges, and we did experience a few mishaps along the way. What impressed us most was how Ethan and the team handled them. They took responsibility, communicated openly, and worked diligently to make things right. That level of accountability speaks volumes about their honor, integrity, and professionalism. Their responsiveness and commitment to resolving issues demonstrated exactly why they are such a trustworthy, reliable, and dependable company. As a homeowner, those qualities matter just as much as the quality of the work itself. The genuine care they bring to their customers and their craft is what truly sets them apart. I have already recommended Symplify Roofing to one of my neighbors who is dealing with a roof leak, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company. If you're looking for a team that combines expertise, honesty, communication, and outstanding customer service, Symplify Roofing is the company to call.

We annually have a roofer inspect the roof, replace broken tiles and clean out the rain gutters. Diablo Roofing, our prior roofer, (unbeknownst to me) used an incorrect tile that did NOT fit our existing roof tiles; the incorrect tile caused gaps between the tiles allowing water to get under the tiles. Also they did not do a good job of cleaning out our rain gutters. On one occasion, we went to Hawaii in January and returned to find two rooms partially flooded because the previous roofer forgot to clean out the gutters around the skylights (after changing us a whole of money to do this clean up work). Anyway we found Carlos who has been keeping our old roof clean. He brought the proper tiles to replace the broken tiles, replaced the roof membranes around our skylight fixed our rain gutters. So far no leaks from the heavy rains. Carlos will replacing all 8 skylights next year because they are over 20 years old. I pay for quality work not crappy work. Carlos does quality work but he is not cheap. I highly recommend this company's for quality roofing work.
