I especially loved the blanc and the northern orbit. I've never had a cold IPA before and it was so good! The food was outstanding as well. It hits that perfect balance of savory, sweet, and nostalgic. I asked Paul what he would pair with it, and he absolutely nailed it. He introduced me to "Chimp My Ride" from Solano Brewing Company, a rich stout with chocolate and peanut butter notes that complemented the burger perfectly. My spice likes her burgers well done and she asked for her burger to be well done. 20 minutes later I picked up our food from the counter. And just like the food at the Walnut Creek location it was all cold. Nothing was hit at all. My souses burger was medium rare.
