I asked to have them re-made and anther week and some days later, no automated call again (3rd time) and they did the same thing. I have had RayBan sunglasses and custom made before and in many years have never had this issue...not even once...but twice here. The people said the manager "checked them" and that this was acceptable to them. Well, it is NOT acceptable to me, and I asked for a refund and was refused because I signed some policy or another. I didn't sign a policy I'd be waiting almost a month for glasses that are not acceptable or normal. Play between the lens and glass is NOT acceptable. It is annoying. They gave me the card to "Audrey" who they didn't explain other than the bookkeeper for me to call on my own...not bother taking notes and having Audrey call me. So i called.
