This was my first time trying Freddy's Wings and Wraps. This place is always packed when I drive by. I should have read some of the reviews before ordering. I went with wings, fries and funnel cake sticks. The best part of my meal was the funnel cake sticks. Although they did not look like the picture from the menu, they were very tasty. The wings and fries were a no go. The wings and fries were both heavy with grease. I went with lemon pepper flavor for the wings. The fries were not crispy at all and were way overpriced! OK so I got buffalo wings from here and they were medium size wings. I got a french fry loaded with sour cream, bacon and cheddar cheese, and it tasted yucky. I think the problem with the loaded fries was, with the sour cream made everything sour, and the fries overall we're almost flavorless! My whole experience was kind of like, uninspiring and not delicious! The delivery was fast and through DoorDash. The food is just kind a like not as good as something you could make it home? I would get my overall experience a 79% out of 100. I will not be ordering food from Freddy's again unfortunately. read more

Food is always correct and good most of the time... my issue is when I pay for items and they don't show up like the curly fries or the boneless wings. But the think that's happen the most is when I'm paying for extra sauce on them or on the side and it's never there or on the food. Terrible service, overpriced food and super slow. Ordered a fry, a chicken steak sub, and a coke and it took about 40 minutes. I stood by the register to pay and the two employees never aknowledge that I was there. My husband checked on the order and they said we did not pay so they did not started. I literally stood there waiting to pay and they never bothered to run the register. The fries and wrap were ready in about 20 minutes but the chicken steak took forever. Not sure why they did not fix it with the other stuff. Finally she gave us our food and the fries were missing. Came back with a box with soggy/ cold fries. Never gave us the coke we had to ask for. I live probably 7 minutes from this place and I swear... everytime I've ordered from here there's been some type of issue. Please keep in mind the only reason I've continued to order from this place is because of how late they stay open (I'm a chef and I always get home late). But this time i ordered chicken tenders. I wanted to get buffalo tender but there was no option. So I picked two sauces, hot sauce and blue cheese; in the special instructions I asked for the tenders to be tossed in hot sauce with a side of blue cheese. These mfs brought me dry tenders with 2 sides or blue cheese, no hot sauce at all! When you as a customer pay for a service (especially one so simple) your expectations should be met. That is not what I payed my money for. When I called back the only thing the would do for me is extend me a 10$ credit. In which, not only doesn't solve my problem, but forces me to order from them again in order to be satisfied. NO, all I wanted was my dang hot sauce to be brought and the offer wasn't even extended. great food. genuinely terrible customer service. when i go to pick up my food they are always behind, not apologetic, and the manager is constantly on her phone or vaping behind the counter (while there is a massive line waiting). not to mention, the last time i was there, the kid working the counter conducted an unfortunately visible drug deal in front of at least 10 customers. every time i have doordashed, it has taken at the minimum an hour (i live 5 minutes away), and on average at least 2 hours, with 2 occasions leaving me without my food as they "closed" and couldnt complete my order (even though it was placed over 2 hours before closing time). as i said before, amazing food, but the service needs some serious help. read more

The place was dirty the trashcan is filthy and the kids working behind the counter were eating with their bare hands and then serving people and making their food. Really unprofessional atmosphere and I don't know why you ask what kind of dressing with the wings because you don't include it. Or it was just forgotten in my take out. My guess is your teenagers behind the counter were too focused on chatting with each other and eating then focusing on your customers. Went for a visit at Udel with my son and he insisted we come back here for the wings and fries. Very friendly staff (maybe the owners) and not very busy (1115 am). Son got mild wings and if they're not busy they'll give you either flats or drums only or a mix of both(he only eats flats). I ordered a chicken cutlet sandwich and it ended up being 2 chicken tenders which only filled half the sandwich. Food was fresh and good. I would've given it 4 stars but the sandwiches are a bit small but the price does reflect that somewhat. 3.5* just no half star ratings. read more

Nachos? Fire. Curly fries? Fire. Everything else eh. Little pricy for the amount of food you're getting. Pickles on the chicken sandwich were top tier but the chicken (and everything else) was salty. Chicken tenders were small and not the best. You have to pay an extra .85 for sauce. No water in the soda machine and a limited drink selection. The guacamole was pretty flavorless, but the salsa was good (but definitely from the jar). The chips were good. The black bean special wrap (with grilled chicken) was good in some spots, pretty bland in others - not super consistent. On the bright side, it took just about 45 mins to be delivered, which is exactly what I was told over the phone. Third star for their wings and their quickness! My friends and I came in around 10:15 at night and didn't leave until nearly 11. My friends received their food within 10 minutes but I was kept waiting for over a half hour for a cheese quesadilla.
