This was my first time trying Freddy's Wings and Wraps. This place is always packed when I drive by. I should have read some of the reviews before ordering. I went with wings, fries and funnel cake sticks. The best part of my meal was the funnel cake sticks. Although they did not look like the picture from the menu, they were very tasty. The wings and fries were a no go. The wings and fries were both heavy with grease. I went with lemon pepper flavor for the wings. The fries were not crispy at all and were way overpriced! I definitely won't trying this place again. read more

OK so I got buffalo wings from here and they were medium size wings. I got a french fry loaded with sour cream, bacon and cheddar cheese, and it tasted yucky. I think the problem with the loaded fries was, with the sour cream made everything sour, and the fries overall we're almost flavorless! My whole experience was kind of like, uninspiring and not delicious! The delivery was fast and through DoorDash. The food is just kind a like not as good as something you could make it home? I would get my overall experience a 79% out of 100. I will not be ordering food from Freddy's again unfortunately. read more

Horrible food, so loud you couldn't think, slow service. Employees seemed completely disinterested if you received anything or not. Within 10 minutes waiting inside I wanted to kill myself. Oh, and who puts condiments on perpendicular to the dog! From one outer edge of the bun to the other. Waste of money and time. DO NOT reward this place with your business. read more

Over the weekend I was feeling like wings from Freddy's. I wanted to try a mix so I got the mild seasoning with the lemon pepper rub (fried hard) and they came out gooood!!! read more

The service was ok just needs better communication with the driver and the customer For example if the customer puts the wrong house number in the order then he or she needs to contact the customer right away don't just assume. There is no reason why the customer should have to call Grubhub to fix the issue read more

This was possibly the worst wing experience I've ever had! We ordered Suicide & Cajun wings, and they were both MILD! The wings looked absolutely nothing like the pictures!! They were dry and flavorless. This was such a disappointment for lunch. read more

Food is always correct and good most of the time... my issue is when I pay for items and they don't show up like the curly fries or the boneless wings. But the think that's happen the most is when I'm paying for extra sauce on them or on the side and it's never there or on the food. Multiple times I've ordered wings and they come sauce less or incorrect. I wish someone there cared enough to fix that issue read more

This was our first time at Freddy's since it was Bullseye. Bullseye was known for their bomb food and Freddy's is no different. Great food and even better service! I wish I remembered the bartenders name but our server Isaac was great! I wish he was my server at every restaurant I go to. Super personable and friendly. 10/10 read more

8/23/23 wow we simply went in to ask for food, it was late but not closing time. girl with black hair and nose pierced said we were asking for too much absolutely ridiculous. it's crazy how I can't order close to closing time, you don't own the business all you do is work for it absolutely disrespectful. just kept telling we were asking for too much before we even announced our order. read more

I order 5 chicken tenders for $9 imagine how I felt when what I got was 5 chicken nuggets instead when the grub hub delivery guy left. Tried calling the store but no one answered, left a voicemail but no one returned my call. Definitely the late time I would ever order from here. read more

Lousy service. We ordered online, paid, received a confirmation pickup time only to arrive to see their closed with a sign reading "Sorry- closing today at 4pm" First and last time coming here. read more

I'm currently staying in Rising Sun, MD and I work very late on the weekends so most places are closed or stopped serving food.. but this place is a good spot that stays open late. The hot dogs and wings are very good. read more

Terrible service, overpriced food and super slow. Ordered a fry, a chicken steak sub, and a coke and it took about 40 minutes. I stood by the register to pay and the two employees never aknowledge that I was there. My husband checked on the order and they said we did not pay so they did not started. I literally stood there waiting to pay and they never bothered to run the register. The fries and wrap were ready in about 20 minutes but the chicken steak took forever. Not sure why they did not fix it with the other stuff. Finally she gave us our food and the fries were missing. Came back with a box with soggy/ cold fries. Never gave us the coke we had to ask for. This is our second time here visiting out of town and both times the service was terrible. Not worth $48 fir a wrap a sandwich and an awful fry that went straight in the trash. read more

I recently tried Freddie's on Kirkwood and it was great. I ordered wings and fried pierogis. They were amazing. I ate at the bar. Shout out to great bartender Ed! Great conversation and great drinks. Will be back soon. read more

I live probably 7 minutes from this place and I swear... everytime I've ordered from here there's been some type of issue. Please keep in mind the only reason I've continued to order from this place is because of how late they stay open (I'm a chef and I always get home late). But this time i ordered chicken tenders. I wanted to get buffalo tender but there was no option. So I picked two sauces, hot sauce and blue cheese; in the special instructions I asked for the tenders to be tossed in hot sauce with a side of blue cheese. These mfs brought me dry tenders with 2 sides or blue cheese, no hot sauce at all! When you as a customer pay for a service (especially one so simple) your expectations should be met. That is not what I payed my money for. When I called back the only thing the would do for me is extend me a 10$ credit. In which, not only doesn't solve my problem, but forces me to order from them again in order to be satisfied. NO, all I wanted was my dang hot sauce to be brought and the offer wasn't even extended. F that place unless your drunk at 1 am on main street read more

it's a tough compromise because the food is decent but there are a lot of negative factors in play all the time. The wait time, customer service, hours, food sometimes, etc. are all flawed but the food is great MOST of the time good. -Except when they fuxk up simple orders like LOADED TOTS and give you PLAIN REGULAR FRIES. Like how? Come on, turn down the music and focus up. read more

Today it took two hours for "25 minute delivery" to show up at the wrong house, and it tasted terrible and came with the wrong sauce. This isn't the first problem I've had with them. Order elsewhere. read more

First of all the music is blasting so loud you can't focus on anything but your brain vibrating! The place was dirty the trashcan is filthy and the kids working behind the counter were eating with their bare hands and then serving people and making their food. Really unprofessional atmosphere and I don't know why you ask what kind of dressing with the wings because you don't include it. Or it was just forgotten in my take out. My guess is your teenagers behind the counter were too focused on chatting with each other and eating then focusing on your customers. The wings were OK, but for a restaurant that wasn't busy at all a 20 minute wait was a bit long. read more

I'm hooked on the funnel cake fries, they are devilishly delicious and dangerous, I could feel the pounds adding onto me with every bite. The warm caramel drizzled on the fries put the (d) in delicious for me. Whatever you order from here, be sure to add the funnel cake fries to your list. read more

great food. genuinely terrible customer service. when i go to pick up my food they are always behind, not apologetic, and the manager is constantly on her phone or vaping behind the counter (while there is a massive line waiting). not to mention, the last time i was there, the kid working the counter conducted an unfortunately visible drug deal in front of at least 10 customers. every time i have doordashed, it has taken at the minimum an hour (i live 5 minutes away), and on average at least 2 hours, with 2 occasions leaving me without my food as they "closed" and couldnt complete my order (even though it was placed over 2 hours before closing time). as i said before, amazing food, but the service needs some serious help. read more

SEVERAL of their "flavors" taste like minor variations of buffalo sauce and that's very frustrating when you have been craving CAJUN flavored wings for hours and didn't eat lunch. I'm convinced they have no clue how to season food on their own without the aid of buffalo sauce . HOWEVER,,, their friend cheesecake is DELICIOUS read more

Very I missed appointment with my food. My wings hardly had any flavor, my fries were soggy and missing Parmesan cheese.

Went there last night to pick up an order that was supposed to be ready but hadn't even been started and there was only two other customers in the place that were already eating their food. Music was so loud you could hear it in the hallway before even entering the establishment. Walked in clean place but the music was so loud the 10/15 minutes I had to wait I had an instant migraine and the music was completely uncalled for with the lyrics. I get your catering to college kids but not all your customer base is college students. read more

I paid $16 for an order of 12 wings and never received them after waiting an hour for my order (when it was supposed to take 15-20 minutes). I placed our order and we're told 45 minutes for delivery. A little after the hour mark I called and was told they tried to call to ask for directions. I asked to verify the phone number it was wrong. If I hadn't verified the phone number with the person that took the order I wouldn't be as frustrated. I was told the delivery person just arrived back at the restaurant and would bring our order. I asked for a fresh order and was told that's what we would get. Almost 45 minutes later we got our order and all the food was cold and my bacon cheese burger had bacon bits- not bacon slices. Even though they're open until 3am nobody is answering the phone. $75 down the drain because the food isn't even edible. It's disgusting- soggy and cold. read more

Went for a visit at Udel with my son and he insisted we come back here for the wings and fries. Very friendly staff (maybe the owners) and not very busy (1115 am). Son got mild wings and if they're not busy they'll give you either flats or drums only or a mix of both(he only eats flats). I ordered a chicken cutlet sandwich and it ended up being 2 chicken tenders which only filled half the sandwich. Food was fresh and good. I would've given it 4 stars but the sandwiches are a bit small but the price does reflect that somewhat. 3.5* just no half star ratings. read more

Went there Friday afternoon met a worker named Sheila she was joyful and so kind what a sweetheart

This place makes the best well-done wings in this area. The buffalo sauce is pretty classic but the lemon pepper rub is so flavorful!

Nachos? Fire. Curly fries? Fire. Everything else eh. Little pricy for the amount of food you're getting. Pickles on the chicken sandwich were top tier but the chicken (and everything else) was salty. Chicken tenders were small and not the best. You have to pay an extra .85 for sauce. No water in the soda machine and a limited drink selection. Overall, maybe worth trying if you're drunk and hungry. read more

I love this place great sauce to go with great wings. Never let me down when I'm hungry.

Pretty disappointed I made a $160 wing pre order earlier this week and spoke to someone on the phone today to confirm the 7 pm pick up. When I walked in just before 7 no one had any idea of my order. They told me they could fix it and my wings would be ready in 15. 20 minutes people are showing up at my house in less than 10 minutes. I have my wings now but this was unnecessary read more

this place sucks. uber eats this place and they forgot my drink, and the tenders didn't have the sauce i ordered they were plain. also tenders were over cooked. i ordered a 5 piece tender and only got 4. Called them and told them the whole thing they just said sorry and hung up on me. Poor service and customer service. basically ran by a bunch of monkeys just give your food and leave basically. read more

Freddy's/Wings to Go is good in a pinch. I like their boneless wings a lot! Ordered delivery last night - chips guac and salsa appetizer and the black bean special wrap. The chips appetizer was ok. The guacamole was pretty flavorless, but the salsa was good (but definitely from the jar). The chips were good. The black bean special wrap (with grilled chicken) was good in some spots, pretty bland in others - not super consistent. On the bright side, it took just about 45 mins to be delivered, which is exactly what I was told over the phone. Third star for their wings and their quickness! They also have a lot of fun "unhealthier" foods that I'd love to try (quesadillas, bowls) but was trying to be responsible last night. read more

My friends and I came in around 10:15 at night and didn't leave until nearly 11. My friends received their food within 10 minutes but I was kept waiting for over a half hour for a cheese quesadilla. The music inside the place was blasting which made it hard to communicate this issue to the employees, who I told numerous times that I hadn't received my order. They told me that for some reason the order hadn't went through the computer, but could see that I paid. Still, they never made my order until I finally got a hold of someone who looked like they ran the place. After talking to numerous uninterested employees, I finally got the food, and it wasn't even that good. read more
