We purchased 2 sets of the exact same couch and chair. Both the chairs were mismatched. One of the large couches was missing a leg. I contacted Laurie the sales rep we had been working with. He said he would work on finding the leg and identifying the issue. After two weeks and a few check-in's we heard nothing. Finally, I messaged again and Laurie said he no longer worked there. This issue was never resolved. Through the entire process I have had to be the one to reach out, they have never once followed up with us, nor did they come up with a solution or a credit back. I would not recommend using them.

I've had to make multiple complaints to management about interactions with various employees. The worse one being, I was buying an ovulation test out of a locked case. The employee who unlocked it for me chuckled and said "at least you're not buying one of those!" and pointed to the selection of vibrators they carry. I was gobsmacked. Like, do you not realize I'm buying an ovulation test? The two activities kinda go hand in hand.. I wish this wasn't the closest location to me. I go out of my way to avoid it.
