Recently purchased a certified pre-owned Outback there. When I got home discovered the Rear Automatic Braking (RAB) was disabled and the Thule roof rack key was missing. After salesperson Checked with Service Manager I was told to call Thule if I wanted a key. Service Manager never got back to me on the RAB problem after multiple attempts. Went to other Subabru dealer who had to order brackets for two sensors that had fallen out. The only positive in this experience was the representative at Subaru Customer Advocacy Department when I complained about the lack of service at Doylestown Subaru. She immediately authorized full payment for the parts and service needed, including the cost of the replacement Roof rack key. My new Subaru Service representative could not understand how the Doylestown Service Department did not see and repair the sensor problem during their certification process. I could not understand why the Doylestown Service Manager never bothered to contact me when I was told he would multiple times. read more

He introduced me to a Forester and I couldn't be happier with this vehicle. I wanted to give two stars to this dealership because of the friendly service of the saleswoman and the finance manager, however, their practices were so unscrupulous I couldn't be convinced to do it. I highly recommend finding another place to purchase a used car. I recently purchased a used Subaru Outback from this dealership. The purchase price wasn't fantastic, but it was fair and agreeable. I really liked the car, and it was in great shape. I was excited to get it home. Upon parking in my driveway I finally saw the car in the shade, and noticed dents on the hood that I hadn't seen in the bright sunlight at the dealership. Upon further inspection, I realized there were at least 500 dents on the hood, roof and spoiler of the car. There was extensive hail damage that I hadn't seen in the bright sunshine. My next-door neighbor is a manager at a Toyota dealership, and I had him come over and inspect it as well. He was appalled that they would sell a vehicle in this condition, and recommended that they either fix it or refund me immediately. I called back the dealer, and let them know that I was bringing it in. When I arrived, I was rebuffed with defensiveness and received no apologies. No one admitted to knowing anything about the dance, nor did they apologize that they had sold me a vehicle in this condition. The dealer has a 72 hour refund policy, so I was able to return the car. However, when I returned it I was told that I could just leave without speaking with the finance manager, without getting back my check for $18,000, and without signing my credit card refund receipt. The used car manager clearly knows nothing about customer service or about how finances actually work. I replied that I would not be leaving without my check, and without speaking with the finance manager. I was told that I might have to wait for at least an hour. Eventually the finance manager came out, was very cordial, and returned my check and refunded my credit card. During my time that I was waiting I inspected the rest of their used cars in the lot. At least six were extensively hail damaged, yet being sold at prices that reflected excellent condition. The practices at this dealership are reprehensible. Nobody claimed to know anything about any of this damage, yet it was November and there had not been any hail storms in the previous five months. All of these cars were bought at auctions with known damage. Finally, the used car manager told me that he wanted to still keep my business and he would call me with any new inventory that came in. You have to be kidding me. There is absolutely no way I will ever patron this dealership again read more

I've been driving Subarus for years, but recently my 2018 Legacy steering wheel began to wobble when going over 45 mph. Also, an unfamiliar beeping materialized occasionally, though not necessarily simultaneously with the wobbling steering wheel. When I called the dealership, understandably unsettled by the steering issue, the mechanic tried to get me to fix it over the phone by pressing various buttons on the dash. When I called a second time to see if I could bring my car in, another tech said I could bring it in if I wanted but he "he couldn't promise" they would get to it. The third time I called yet another tech said I could bring it in the following week and we could go out for a test drive, with me driving. But I already drive it. They need to look at the car, not me driving it. Not one of them suggested looking at the car itself. When I called the manager to explain all this, he suggested I write down a description of how it appears to be malfunctioning, since I'm a writer. So this is my description. At this point I've lost confidence in this dealership, especially because the manager said they were overwhelmed with recalls. read more

I recently bought an Impreza from Fred Beans. I really love the car itself but the customer service was awful. To sum it up - look elsewhere. I officially put a down payment on the car on March 26th and was told by Frances (my sales associate) that she'd like to have the car out before the end of the month but she wanted to have the car detailed and have a few scratches on the driver/passenger doors removed. Expecting to be able to pick up the car on the 1st of April, I called in to make sure it was ready and it turned out I needed to wait until Wednesday because it wasn't done being detailed. I call back Wednesday, and it still was not ready. Frances told me she'd have it delivered to me tomorrow (Thursday) but she'd like me to come in to sign the final documents that night. I go in to sign and immediately Frances says, "so where will you be Friday afternoon" basically telling me that the car won't be ready for another two days. This was literally two hours after she told me she'd deliver it to me on Thursday afternoon. Finally, Friday comes and the car is ready. I picked it up myself and upon seeing the car, it had not been detailed what so ever. The scratches are still in the doors, there are SEEDS in my center console which were in there when I test drove the vehicle and there is trash under my driver seat. While they did replace the tires and some filters, they didn't touch the inside of the car. What could have taken almost two weeks? This was my first time buying a car on my own and it was an awful experience. As you can read in some other reviews, it almost feels like I was a burden to them. As soon as they made the sale, I felt as if I was left on the back burner. I sent this complaint to Tom (General Manager) two weeks ago and he has yet to write me back. I was pleasantly surprised by our visit to Fred Beans Subaru. I started the process online, and even that was a treat. The person I connected with, Tracey E., was knowledgeable and very helpful. She gave me a contact for the Sales Consultant who would be available at our preferred time, Jim Kuhno. Jim was great! He took some time giving us some background about the dealership, the incentives. He told us a little about Subarus in general and what sets them apart. Your typical sales pitch, but I found it very interesting. Good Job Jim! The test drives were full of great information, but really, a Subaru sells itself...great cars. Best part of the test drive, it was fun! I was a passenger and I enjoyed myself. We didn't really feel the typical car sales pressure you expect. Kudos to Jim. I just purchased my second new Subaru from Fred Beans Subaru. Every time I have gone in there, everyone is extremely friendly and courteous. I could have gone to A&T since I live in Perkasie; however, I keep coming back to Fred Beans. They always have given me the best deal and there is no pressure when I purchased my vehicles from there. I leased my first Subaru in 2013, and just purchased my new 2016 Subaru Outback from Tracey. She is friendly, kind, and always has a smile! She did not pressure me into purchasing, and even though they did not have the color vehicle I wanted, she factory ordered one for me. Tracey kept me updated throughout the process and when my vehicle got to the dealership, and I was ready to pick it up, it was extremely clean and there was not a speck of dust in or on it. I was nervous to be purchasing my car on my own, since I had a co-signer when I leased my first Subaru, so having Dan in the finance office really made me feel at ease. He explained all of the paperwork thoroughly and efficiently. When I go in for service, Mike, Mark and Ed are always there to greet me with a smile, and they always take very good care of my vehicle for me. They let me know if there is something as small as a light bulb out in my car, or something major, like an engine issue or a recall. I will always refer friends and family to Fred Beans Subaru. From the very beginning of when I started thinking about buying a car, I knew I was walking a tightrope between wanting something with great fuel economy and wanting something that would be good in bad weather. Obviously, a newish Subaru was one of the only ways I might get both, but I was totally convinced I wouldn't be able to get appropriate financing because of my credit. After receiving a message about what I was interested in through TrueCar, however, Gail Segal called me from the Fred Beans Subaru team, and, even after I explained my circumstances and my doubt that they could help, the whole team went hard to work trying to figure out how to get me into a car I really wanted. In the meantime, I went to four other dealerships and test drove about ten cars. I also was receiving constant phone calls and emails from about seven other dealerships. Everyone other than the Fred Beans Subaru team was extremely aggressive, even over the phone, and I felt like a turkey the week before Thanksgiving. It didn't help things that I was a woman shopping for a car by myself. Luckily, Gail called me late in the day with the news that they had managed to get me approved for a brand new Impreza hatchback, told me exactly what the payment would be, and asked if I would like to come in for a test drive. I couldn't get there until after Gail had left, but when I arrived she had thoroughly briefed Jon Denny on the entire course of events, instead of demanding I work according to her schedule, as other dealers had. Like Gail and the finance team, Jon was *amazing.* He was relaxed, extremely patient, and answered all of my questions honestly and thoroughly even when I asked for details on how problems in older-model Subarus had been addressed. He went out of his way to put me at ease. I never felt the slightest bit of pressure, and actually really enjoyed the whole dealership and test-drive experience. To top it all off, the financing department had managed to get me an interest rate that was 1/3 to ¼ of what other dealers had offered, and with a monthly payment that was $100+ less than what I had been offered on a slightly used Kia, and the Subaru had a shorter term! Everyone I met at the dealership was a real person. They made the process totally simple, and stayed late so that I could take the car home that same evening. Jon and the sales manager even helped me figure out how to get insurance that would go into effect immediately (at eight pm on a Friday night), and an hour after "closing," Jon was setting up the Bluetooth for me in my new car! I am totally confident that I am going to have this Subaru for a long time. However, if anyone in my family or friends circle does need a car, I now know where to send them for a top-notch, customer-oriented, and stress-free car buying experience. Mike, my first point of contact is courteous and always makes sure I know know what my car is due for. Ben Litteg takes car of my car.. I am grateful that he hasn't seen anything that I wasn't aware of but I know that if he does I will be the first to know. Fred Beans Subaru Service Department treats you like you are family. You walk in and they know you. My car was recently there for routine maintenance and as I was walking in Ben was pulling my car to the door and he called to show my how to correct a problem I was having with my blue tooth. My first impression was very good, because their "internet Contact" Gail was super nice and informative. HOWEVER, when we went to test drive a 2005 Nissan Frontier pickup truck, it was supposed to be ready for us -- it wasn't!!! Our Sales Person wasn't very informed, the truck was said to be "nothing needed" upon mechanic's inspection, and the truck was filthy. The pic online was wrong, as was the description. We were told that the price was going up, but they would sell it to us for the previous price, if we hurried over. The price was going to go up approx.$1,500. The worst part came when we drove this truck on a test drive, THE TRANSMISSION MESSED UP ROYALLY!!! -- jerking and clunking and not responding. We were afraid we wouldn't make it back. When we turned around and came back to the showroom instead of taking it to our mechanic, they said it probably needed a "flushing." They never even apologized for our horrific trip or made an excuse for not having driven it themselves. To add insult to injury, when we arrived home, they had posted their stock email to thank us for a great experience at Fred Beans Suburu! Ugh!!! Today, I received an email saying that the truck is still available at $1,500 approx. more than it was. DON'T BUY IT!!! read more

We had a *great* experience buying a new car at Fred Beans Subaru, start to finish. I pretty much knew exactly what I wanted walking in, but had a terrible experience at the Subaru dealer near my home and didn't want to buy there. I came in to Fred Beans at the very end of the night, and they stayed an hour past closing to make sure I got all the attention and information we needed. The car I wanted was not on the lot, but they had one coming in the following month. We made a deal I was very happy with without a bunch of "let me go talk to my manager" baloney, the car came in just when promised, and just as promised. FInance and my super helpful salesman Danny P. were quick to respond to all my questions while we were waiting for the car to come in, and after the sale as well. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable, but they lied to me about the value of the car I was purchasing (I got it appraised two weeks after purchase), and they also told me the best loan they could find me after checking 5+ different banks was a 6% loan. Immediately after I bought, I checked with my own bank and they offered me a 2% loan because I have good credit, but then just before we initiated the ten-day payoff to transfer the loan to my own bank, they realized that the value of my car was over 130% of the cars actual value and their policy is not to give a sum over 120% of the value of a vehicle in any one loan. So basically I'm screwed and stuck with my 6% loan (for now) on a car that's only worth 70% of what I paid for it. read more

I hate to be the negative ranter but I had a horrible experience with Fred Beans Subaru. I'm not writing this review to be mean or spiteful but I really think they need to shape up their management and the way they treat customers. I had done a lot of research before I ever went to Fred Beans Subaru. I basically already knew I was getting a Subaru. My salesperson rambled on about a lot of irrelevant things instead of focusing on my needs and what I was looking for. For example, when I was deciding whether leather seats were important to me, he asked me if I had a dog. I said no and then he went on to explain in detail how he didn't like leather seats with his dogs because they scratched them up. I had just told him that I didn't have a dog so why was he talking my ear off about something that wasn't relevant to me? I was there on a Friday night and I was leaning towards buying a Forester that was on their lot. I wasn't ready to pull the trigger quite yet and said that I would come in on Monday morning. My salesperson said that he would call me on Saturday at the end of the day and let me know if the car I wanted was still on the lot (in case it got sold on Saturday). He never called me. But over the weekend I decided that I wanted an upgraded car which they didn't have on the lot so I decided to order one custom from the factory. I came in that Monday night to place the order. I would have to wait 6-8 weeks for the custom car to come from the factory. This was kind of inconvenient but luckily I could get by with sharing a family member's car for a few weeks and this way I could get the exact color and options that I wanted. I placed the order and he said he would call me in a couple weeks to let me know the status of the order. He never called me. I called him twice to get updates but he never initiated a call to me. 8 weeks later when my car finally came in, I went to pick it up and found out that they had ordered the WRONG CAR. I had ordered the upgraded navigation/ audio console and this car didn't have it. My salesperson wasn't there that night so I was working with another girl. My salesperson had filled out the form wrong so for the first half an hour, they didn't even believe that I had ordered the navigation console. They thought I was confused because he hadn't written it on the order form even though we had definitely discussed it. After convincing them that the price I agreed on DID include the navigation, they were trying to see what they could do to "make it work." One idea they proposed was to take $200 off so I could buy a Garmin...are you kidding? The navigation/ audio upgrade is close to $2000 and you want to take off $200 so I can buy a Garmin? After waiting 8 weeks? After making it clear that I was not willing to take anything other than the car I ordered, they said they could try to do a trade with another dealership that had the car I wanted. They said they were unsure if they could even do the trade and could not give me a timeline of when they could do it. Also, that night, the manager came out for a few minutes and he didn't even apologize for this huge mistake and inconvenience to me. Even the salesperson barely apologized and just tried to offer me alternate cars. I don't want anyone to grovel at my feet but at least acknowledging their mistake and showing more understanding of my frustration would have been nice. The salesperson I was working with that night mentioned that she was one of the most veteran and experienced people there... and then she said she had been working there for over a year. If one of the most experienced people has only been there a year, that's a sign that they either hire poor performers or treat them very badly because no one stays there very long. Anyways, the next morning, I called John Kennedy Subaru in Plymouth Meeting. They have a much bigger inventory and were therefore easily able to do a trade with a dealership in Maryland. They got me my car within five days and were far more professional every step of the way. By the way I love my Forester :) Again, I already knew I wanted a Subaru before ever going to Fred Beans. On top of that, I was ready to spend money on upgraded features. I did not feel like an appreciated or valued customer any step of the way. This was my first time buying a new car and they did not make the experience easy or enjoyable. Thank god I was able to go elsewhere and I hope other people do the same until they shape up. read more

This was without a doubt one of the worst car buying experiences I have ever had when I shopped a used Subaru Tribeca at Fred Beans Subaru. My wife and I showed up there at around 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon to look at a Tribeca. We stood outside for about 15 minutes looking at the vehicle until we finally went inside to get help. I had assumed it was just they were busy but there were several salespeople sitting there doing nothing. There were two women that were sitting at their desks and would not even look at us. We awkwardly stood there with our 3-year old milling around a car we had no interest in looking at in hopes someone would at least address us. A few more awkward minutes go by and finally someone asks us if we are being helped. We told him we were not and mentioned why we were there. He did not introduce himself and did not even acknowledge my wife being there. I stayed in the showroom while he got the car for her to stay with my daughter. They took the car out for a test drive. During the time they were gone not even a single person looked at us. Not a wave or a smile. The entire staff I encountered seemed arrogant and rude. When they got back I asked if she liked and she did but was really put off by the dealership thus far. I had told the salesman that we had a trade and that I was fully aware that we were going to be "upside down" in it going into it. After almost an hour of waiting they finally appraised our vehicle. Mind you, for a Saturday this was not busy. After they got that the saleman came back with numbers on the vehicle. The worksheet came back with nothing but a down payment and a monthly number. I asked how did they arrive at this number (an uncompetitive number that I quickly figured out the details with a car payment calculator). What was the total we were financing, how much for our vehicle, what was the ARP (indicated that we have very good credit). He had no answers for any of this. I asked him to please get this info for me. He came back with the payment lower because the term was extended. He still was not even telling me how much we were paying for the vehicle. I had asked to speak to whomever was providing this info as I am not going to consider buying a car that I don't even have disclosed what I am paying for. He came back once again and told me the ARP. I just stared at him in shock because it's like he didn't even listen to my request to speak to a manger. I just told him I guess you guys are not interested in selling the car and your manager is not even trying to speak to me. At that point we left without anyone coming over to us or even trying to sell us a car. I can't begin to tell people what a total failure this was from top to bottom for this dealership. I don't even blame the salesman as he told us he was new. I blame his supervisors who were too lazy to even come out and introduce themselves to us. The vehicle they had was on there lot for about 75 days. They had a buyer who was ready to buy. I told them I was a Subaru guy that has an Outback and even a Subaru SVX as a secondary car and wanted to get my wife one too. They didn't have the decency to even come out and explain we can sell the car for X, give you Y for your car, and you pay Z. It's business so it won't always work out for both sides but these guys didn't even try. I had try to contact their GM via the Dealer Rater site. I got no reply so in 3 days I tried again through their website and got no reply either. I am stunned this place is so highly rated here. These guys are one of the worst dealers I ever dealt with on every level. They did everything wrong a dealer can do. On a related note, I went to their Nissan dealership the following week and bought a vehicle from them. We were treated with respect and made a fair deal. They took our trade and the asking prices were the same on a similar vehicle. Fred Beans Subaru doesn't care at all. read more

I am very disappointed with this dealership. I bought a used car there and couldn't even drive it out of the lot because the battery was dead. While waiting for them to install a new battery, I learn that they had to jump it before my test drive the day before. This I may have been able to overlook; however, upon discovering two other safety concerns (missing mirror controls--yes, missing--and a concerning shake when I accelerated over 45 mph), I took it back to the dealership to have them fix the issues. This is all within two days of purchasing the vehicle. I called ahead to be sure that the technician would be ready for me, yet I still waited an hour before having to hunt down the sales manager for an update: They hadn't even looked at my car yet. It was another half hour before I was told that it was not fixable; I was getting my money back... in several business days. The general manager worked with me to get my money back sooner, all the while making excuses about how cars bought as-is always have issues down the road. (The day of purchase is hardly "down the road.") The sales consultant threw in his two cents as well. I received nothing but excuses from Fred Beans today. Admittedly, during the initial buying process, separate individuals were fantastic to work with and very accommodating in my need to be confident in the safety of the vehicle. Service reports an carfax were presented before buying, as well as a list of maintenance tasks done at the dealership by their service team. Clearly, someone dropped the ball there, as this car could not even pass Fred Beans own second inspection, let alone a standard inspection done by my own mechanic. The fact remains that Fred Beans sold me an unsafe vehicle and needs to review their ethical policies. I will not be doing any more business with Fred Beans, and recommend that everyone get a second opinion from a mechanic before buying from them. read more

Today at 6:45 a.m. I discovered I had a major problem with my car. I went to the dealership at 7:25 a.m. and was greeted by Brenden and explained my problem. Within minutes my car was signed in, a loaner car was issued and I am going on my way as though nothing happened. Shayla handled the loaner car literally within two minutes!!! NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE! These people definitely tried to take me for a ride and I don't mean in a 2014 forester (although I did end up receiving a courtesy car for 3 days while they racked up charges on my 2010 car). So here goes my fairy tale... My newish (2010) forester that I purchased used with only 3k miles on it 2 yrs ago and have had no issues with (bought somewhere else) had the check engine light come on and after 2 weeks of getting opinions from friends and relatives that are experienced mechanics (my brother worked for 10+ yrs at BMW... he knows his stuff) I had a good idea of what was wrong. So, we tried the cheaper part from pepboys and it didn't work and concluded I needed to buy the camshaft sensor through my local Subaru dealer... so I walk in with a 9am appointment telling them I have had all the codes run etc I just want to buy the part and get a labor quote but that I was undecided whether I wanted them to install or was going to take to my primary mechanic. 2 HOURS LATER... the mechanic comes out and rattles off several irrelevant things "wrong with my car" including needing new wipers, breaks, and 4 new tires in addition to my camshaft censor. With the exception of one wiper blade that I knew wasn't 100% but could easily replace myself, the rest was bogus. I hadn't told them but my brother had just installed new tires and brakes about 5 months ago. So I said just the censor please and they quoted me for 377 and change, said it would be done that day and they courtesy shuttled me home and picked me up several hours later when my car was ready. I wrote them a check for close to $400, walked out, turned my car on and my engine light as well as 2 others were still on... trying to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe theyd shut off after being driven a bit, I began to pull out, literally just as I drove out of their lot my car died right in the middle of an intersection. Obviously, I turned it on, turned it around and brought it back in. They seemed flustered and said it would be looked at right away knowing I was on my way to work.... half an hour later I get up to ask about the progress because I need to get going to work now and I see my car still sitting unattended where I left it. annoyed, I told them I had no time and needed to be at work so luckily they did give me a lovely 2014 forester to drive that was courtesy and free of charge (minus gas). By the end of the day they told me they still did not know what was wrong but that they needed to take some things apart for a better look before they could give me any answers (more labor fees). By day three they tell me they found METAL SHAVINGS in my valve that may indicate serious engine damage and recommend an engine flush that would cost $450 and might not fix the problem but was a good place to start. And that there was the possibility that my engine may need to be taken apart completely and possibly replaced (we are talking thousands of dollars in repairs and labor at this point). Mind you... im in my late twenties although I look college aged and work as a nanny ... I DONT HAVE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. So after calling my mechanic and talking to him he advised me to call Subaru USA and go above the dealer for advice. I wish I could say that phone call was more helpful but I got very text book answers that "Subaru technicians are trained and specialized to work on subarus and I trust that their advice is accurate" blah blah blah, barf... not helpful. But I was informed of 2 unrelated recalls I was unaware of. So I called fredbeans and was very candid and blunt with them that I need to cap this deal at $1000 and even that is going way beyond my budget and that I have no money for any further work, if more needs to be done, I will simply have to tow it away. I also informed them that I spoke with Subaru headquarters and that I would like the two recall issues fixed as well while my car was there (which was never done). So later that afternoon, I receive a call back saying that maaaybe there weren't actually metal shavings in my valve.... maybe it was just sludge.... really?! So they acted like they did me this favor and decided to do a simple oil changed instead of the engine flush and what do you know.... the car is running FINE... My brother and mechanic had suggested an oil change from the start so im pretty sure that between that and trying to charge me for new brakes and tired that had been recently done and keeping my car for THREE days worth of labor... they nickel and dimed the SH*T out of me until I put my foot down and magically cut my bill in half or more. BUT I still ended up walking out of there with a total around $700 for what should have been a $300 job. Im disgusted with their service. They are the epitome of dishonest mechanics and I will NEVER bring them any further business. read more

Bought a car here and should not have. First, the salesman was difficult to negotiate with even though I had bought my previous car at this dealership. Finally got him to agree to tinted windows but he only agreed to tint the ones on the side and didn't tell me it didn't include the rear window. Then after I bought the car, the salesman ignored my emails when I told him the cross bars weren't installed properly and were making a noise. I brought the car back and waited over an hour while they tried to fix it. I was then told they wanted to replace the bars but they weren't in stock. I made an appointment for two weeks later. The general manager, who was very apologetic, told me that I could come then. I arrived two weeks later as planned and they had no appointment and no idea I was coming. I've spent an hour in the waiting room. I won't be returning. read more

They pulled a bait and switch on my elderly mom. After promising her a certain sum for trading her own car in, they refused to give her the sum either in the form of a discount on the car or in cash. Despite her having this in writing. She is elderly and frail and just accepted it. She didn't want me to do anything about it (complain etc.) because they are the big fish in the small foreign car repair pond for Subarus up there in Doylestown and she can't go anywhere else to get her car fixed without braving the scary highways. She was terrified to go in and call them on their unethical behavior and make them stick to the terms of their (written!) agreement. Needless to say, I will make sure other people in a position to purchase a vehicle from them know about this. I was not surprised to see another one-star review. They are obviously cheating bullies in a small pond and take advantage of people. read more

I spent weeks looking for a used car for my family and with any large purchase I always make sure I do my due diligence. I visited no less than 12 dealerships and saw at least 25 cars in my search. Fred Beans Subaru was my first stop mostly due to its proximity to me, but they were also my final stop. The first time visited none of the vehicles were exactly what I was looking for (I also had many other stops to make). After a few weeks went by I saw another car from their web postings that interested me, a 2004 KIA Sorento with under 60,000 miles and 4WD. When I went back they treated me like an old friend practically. The sales person I ended up working with Josh was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. I am not an easy person to sell to and I almost go out of my way to make things tougher for sales people, but Josh just rolled with the punches and we fairly quickly came to an agreement on a car that I've now proudly owned for 6 months. The service center was helpful and accommodating with any issues I had initially and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. After experiencing a couple of nightmares of customer service in my search I really did appreciate how I was treated and handled by Fred Beans Subaru and Josh. When it comes time to do my next car search you can bet that they will be my first stop again. read more
