They also told me about the $5 off you get for joining their rewards program. I was shocked to find out that they offer a replacement program for the windshield wipers for 399. You can come back anytime within a year Period and get them replaced. The Blades, cost me $55 so this was a no-brainer. I just need to remember to go back before a year. Something else that I love about AutoZone is they have a complementary service to help you troubleshoot a check engine light. They will attach a device that will give you the exact error code your mechanic will pull up. I recently got an estimate for a $1600 repair from my mechanic. Before I went to the mechanic I stopped at AutoZone so I knew what to expect. I feel like this is a way for you to double check what your mechanic is saying if you feel uncertain when you have car problems I'm definitely an AutoZone fan and I will be back.

If it was said once, fine I expect some level of sexism when I buy replacement parts for my car, But it was said multiple times. Its 2017, not 1957, a woman can fix her own car, but then again Queen Elizabeth II was a mechanic during WW2 so any level of sexism in a retail location is unacceptable. I probably will not be shopping at this location again. Sexism aside, Tom was polite and found the correct bulb for me. He asked if he could see my car to just quickly visually check to make sure it was the right shape. My entire visit took less then 10 minutes. This was also sent to Advance Auto Parts directly.

Plus the few times I did use a NAPA part, the dang thing failed well within a year. And the cost of replacement as well as down time to do the job again has soured me on NAPA for the rest of my life, if you choose to use them, best of luck to you

I needed an mgtd frame. Was introduced to these guys & was told I could buy one at a good price…read more Said I could choose between two that were "rust free." Sent $100 to hold. Called three weeks later to come up (775 miles for me) and was told three days out was fine. I arrived and they took me out in their junk yard and we had to cut vines and plants away from the frame which had an 8" x1 1/2" rusted out part on the frame. On further checking we found that 3 1/2' was rusted out and small holes in the other member. Wanted me to help them cut out the rust, put in a patch and let him just weld the small holes. "No one will ever know". I wanted to see the other frame and was told it was three times the price we agreed on. What took the cake for me was when he said, "I disappoint someone every day, today it's your turn." At least I got my deposit back & had a two day return trip with no frame. Irony is I had a whole list of parts I wanted to buy, but not from them. Would not recommend
