The price was adjusted upward 400% from comparable parts but I paid it because I needed it. 3. I drove 20 miles to pick it up only to discover that it was broken with a golf ball sized part of the box missing, still apparently worth 400% markup. My sales person was Brian Meddings. Do not use this person who works on markup and made good money on my part, but refused to have it overnighted to my location and made me call him several times to get status on this item. 4. The part was broken and my two week waiting period flushed.

If it was said once, fine I expect some level of sexism when I buy replacement parts for my car, But it was said multiple times. Its 2017, not 1957, a woman can fix her own car, but then again Queen Elizabeth II was a mechanic during WW2 so any level of sexism in a retail location is unacceptable. I probably will not be shopping at this location again. Sexism aside, Tom was polite and found the correct bulb for me. He asked if he could see my car to just quickly visually check to make sure it was the right shape. My entire visit took less then 10 minutes. This was also sent to Advance Auto Parts directly.

I have tried on several occasions to go here and buy a part, however they never have what I need in…read morestock, now I realize this is a fairly small store but there are other locations not that far away that they could do an inner store transfer but NEVER ONCE have they even offered to do that, It's almost like the people here do not care about retail rather focuses on wholesale but in the same sense if it's not available for retail , how would they have it for a wholesale customer ?? Plus the few times I did use a NAPA part, the dang thing failed well within a year. And the cost of replacement as well as down time to do the job again has soured me on NAPA for the rest of my life, if you choose to use them, best of luck to you
