I do not trust them because I placed an order for something and the stated price from the salesman was over $200 less than what they actually tried to charge me. When I noticed this immediately after they took my deposit they refused to fix it, amd even threatened to charge me an ADDITIONAL $50 to cancel the order! In the end I had to dispute the charge with the cc. I am afraid that a recommendation is not warranted here, in fact I question whether they are an ethical business.

It seems that every time I bring my vehicle in for routine maintenance, there are additional recommendations or repairs suggested. My vehicle is a 2022, so I am concerned about the number of repairs being recommended for a relatively newer vehicle. For example, my driver side door lock was making noise, I was told that the door lock needs to be replaced. I have never had to replace a door lock in car previously. I understand that vehicles require maintenance and occasional repairs, but every time should not be a large expense. The shop did not call me once , I always had to reach out to them about the status of the car. I assumed the parts were ordered, the vehicle was being worked on but NOPE! NOTHING!! A courtesy call just to notify you about the car status would've been great and peace of mind. Fast forward to 10/11 - ALMOST 30 DAYS WITHOUT A CAR OR ANY UPDATE!! Every time I called they gave me a run around "We are waiting on Silver Rock, I'm only a fill in I don't know what is going on" They never filed a claim with Silver Rock until 10/11!!!! At this point I wanted to take my car out the shop and take it elsewhere to get properly serviced. I gave them one last shot - they ordered the alternator and completed the work before 5pm. In ONE DAY they completed the work that could've been done back in September!! Horrible service. Now that I have my car I noticed a few issues: my car doesn't accelerate as how it should be. The car wants to go faster but it can't and shakes at 60mph. My radio doesn't come on and now my dashboard is filled with so many lights! This shop did not provide any type of good customer service - I will NEVER bring my car here. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO GO ELSEWHERE!! *Shoutout to GRAM for trying his best to accommodate my needs and understand my frustration.

The service department informed me that I needed all of my brake pads and rotors repaced, plus 4 new tires! The tires were less than a year old! I had paid for an extended warranty and I realize rhat these items are not covered but I asked what is covered. They ended up not charging me for the $215. for the diagonatics because how can I know if something is covered under the warranty, unless I have the diagnostics done. I then went to Monro Muffler and they replaced my brake pads and advised me that I may need new rotors in the future. Monro Muffler's bill was for the brake pads was less than 1/3 than the dealership's estimate! I had a doctor's appointment within an hour and the manager assured me that it would done and it was done in 1/2 an hour! I just dropped off my wife's car for a brake job and I will not return to the dealership again! Thanks for the great service that the manager, Raymond and his staff provide! I dropped the car off in the morning, it was running fine (I had just driven it to Baltimore and back four weeks in a row). At 4:00 when I hadn't heard from him that it was done (he indicated it would be done by 6:00) I called to see the progress. He told me he was looking to adjust the idle which I told him I didn't want him to do (the car was running fine for the last 70,000 miles which I drove it). I had a rental car so I was in no hurry to get the vehicle. I called Friday to see if the car was done. He (John) indicated the car was done and he had called and left message. He did not, I have not messages on home phone or my cell phone. (First lie). When I went to pick up my car, I paid. I left and the car had no power (acceleration and stalled). When I immediately took the car back to tell him his attitude was like he couldn't care less. He said he did not adjust the idle or anything else that would affect the car's performance. The leak has been fixed but now the car is not drivable. When I asked him to fix it he claimed it had come in that way. (Second lie). It had not. I now have to take my car to my other mechanic to see if he can undo what his shop has done. I hope it can be fixed. I don't recommend anyone ever use his shop for repairs.
