I should've known it's a jeep. My jeep is a 2006 with 133,000 miles on it. I am the only owner. They found the rust, made a few phone calls, and had the rust repaired and welded PROPERLY all while I was traveling and did not need the vehicle for a few days. They also completed the inspection, tail lights, brakes and rotors, along with a few other minor repairs by the time I returned. My jeep runs great and smoother then it has in a while! To start they are crooked. The old owner was wonderful. New owner is just not good people but I…read morewon't get into that. In reference to being mechanics they are not good at that either. First inspection they did on my car I asked them to plug a tire, which they plugged, if I remember correctly it was a rear tire. Then told me they recommend my front two tires be replaced however the tread on the tires on the front was more than the tread on the rear tires which they just plugged. Made absolutely no sense. Then my next inspection i knew I needed brakes so they replaced the brakes and rotors and it squealed horribly. I didn't notice right away because it was inspected in the fall which quickly became winter and windows were up.. but once the windows were down with better weather I noticed right away. I was told by others it would wear off so I drove it for quite sometime waiting and that, but it never happened. So took it in and was told something got stuck between the brake and rotor which is what caused the noise. So they did replace on their dime, however, the car still makes noises it never made before I took it there. After my last experience I was thinking it was the last time. Then I had a situation where I needed their assistance and. They were not even close to helpful. I was treated rudely when I walked in. Not a single acknowledgement for any of the 3-4 employees standing behind the counter. Not a hey can I help you. Nothing. They just looked at me as if they just saw the president kind of nodding to the owner who came out and didn't want to hear what I had to say. Wanted to chalk every issue up to my battery being old without even taking a look at what o was asking. So needless to say I haven't had one good experience here.

They spent a little while investigating where the noise seemed to be coming from, told me the price (a few hundred) for labor / parts and ordered the necessary part. The next week I came by for the repair and once they had taken the car apart they found the problem was actually much simpler / cheaper to repair...total bill about $50. They could have easily charged the original estimate and I would have been none the wiser. Nice, family operated place, honest. Couldn't ask for better.
