Dishonest business and a total scam. I brought my own brake pads just asking them to replace them…read more I didn't ask for an inspection, but minutes after dropping off the car, they called claiming my rotors urgently needed replacement, pushing the total to $600. They use a polite and friendly front to earn your trust, then trap you. When I called back 10 minutes later to cancel the rotor job, they threatened me with a ridiculous $300+'cancellation labor' fee, claiming they already started. I gave in purely out of concern for my family's safety. When I picked up the car, I asked for my old parts back. To my shock: both my old pads and rotors were still in great shape with years of life left! They replaced perfectly good parts just to inflate the bill and pad their pockets. Avoid this shop at all costs!

I ended up coming back and I'm glad to say this place is probably the most honest mechanic I've been too in quite some time. Bob allows me to just bring in my parts and he has his team put them on for me and gives me a good price at the end. Service is always friendly and he can always squeeze me in when I need an appointment. I will be taking my Jeep in again once I hit 140k to get my Jeep Maintenance done. It's a nice feeling to be able to go to someone who isn't out to swindle you because you are a female and may not be knowledgeable about cars.

I called the shop and spoke to Mike. When I explained what happened with the car, he basically diagnosed the problem over the phone in about 30 seconds. When I lived close to this business, this was my mechanic. I started going here because it was…read morerecommended to me by my father-in-law. Pepboy's had told me that I needed all of my brakes replaced for $600. I then came here and the mechanic told me that only 1 of my brakes needed to be replaced and would charge be $150 total! I used them regularly for oil changes and other maintenance that needed to be done on my car and my husband's car. I really miss this place and hope to find one like it.
