I have been bringing my many cars to Kelley's since the 1980's due to their legendary reputation…read morefor honesty, integrity, and skill. Note that I am a real consumer, not the usual shill who is really the owner, employee, or someone who gets paid to post fake five star reviews for crooked companies. Unlike most if not all other car repair joints, Kelley's owners genuinely care about their customers. Try them and you will see what I mean. Kelley's always keeps their promises and gets repairs done on time at the quoted prices. Their rates are the same as everyone else's but you will end up saving a fortune because they only do necessary repairs and often discourage repairs if it is in the best interest of the customer. I have never seen any other auto repair shop do that. Just this week, I told Eric that I would be willing to pay more than $2,000 to fix my old car but he talked me out of that extensive work and into a mere $360 fix, which by the way worked and even got the "Check engine" light to turn off, an unexpected and wonderful bonus! Kelley's has ASE-certified mechanics and cutting-edge equipment, so you cannot beat their expertise and effectiveness. The neighborhood is safe and clean. There are many million dollar houses within a block of the shop! My one complaint is that you are required to make an appointment two or more days in advance because they have such a loyal following. But overall, you ain't gonna beat Kelley's with Aaron Judge's bat. All claims made in this review can be verified by getting estimates from Kelley's and two other ASE-certified shops for the same repair. Kelley's will always be competitive and likely be the cheapest due to their refusal to do unnecessary repairs, which is how most shops make a killing.

Paul has worked on my car a few times and he is very friendly and explains exactly what he did so you understand the problem and how it was fixed, i've never had any problems with any of the mechanics. He has also offered me a lot of advice to avoid future issues. Being a woman I really like this quality in an auto shop. I don't feel like i'm getting my strings pulled while i'm there like at many other auto services. Sometimes, as a woman, you can be taken advantage of when it comes to what is really wrong with your car but Frank's has never ripped me off! Great place and super convenient location on Sycamore Street.
