Do the work very well! Treats customers fairly, as if they were family. Will do what is best for the customer. I have been using them for almost 2 decades. My cars are OLD Camry 04 Standard shift, Prius 2004 and Prius 2010. It did not matter what problem they had. They were able to diagnose and fix it correctly. The only thing that will finally get my cars with them at the helm is rust. Try them! You will become one of their loyal customers. Napoleon Elortegui Wayne, PA read more

Call it a hidden gem or a diamond in the rough, but this place is the only shop I will ever take my car to again. Repair was on my '89 Cadillac Fleetwood (hearse) business vehicle and with an issue with the distributor these guys popped in my new one in super fast. The entire process was brilliant, when I got the call "it's ready to pick up", once arrived everything was explained. Price was great, people are friendly and accommodating. I have been to just about all local and some further away garages and not to bad mouth any, but there is a reason this place is so well loved. I will always recommend Twin's Auto Cheers fellas read more

Excellent service, reliable & quality work. Always gives honest opinions for auto issues and work needed for our cars.

The absolute best in my opinion. Good, hard working and honest people. If you want the truth about your vehicle and what it needs, bring it to Twin's. Me and my family bring our vehicles here and they've always done things the right way. Great communication and they do all they can to take care of you. read more

Al and Ike are the best in the business! We accidentally stumbled onto their shop after relocating to Levittown. The customer service from all the crew has been fantastic! Our 3 cars cars will never go to another shop. Which includes my 2002 BMW convertible with only 96 thousand miles on her. It was nice to find a shop where the team knows how to drive a manual transmission. read more

They charge double for parts, never rotated tires when asked to and paid for it, as well as don't test drive their vehicles after work has been performed. Would not recommend read more

For about 10 years, my family and I have been going to this private-owned shop for various auto body repairs and maintenance. The brothers who run this shop are extremely genuine, honest, and thorough. They offer extremely fair prices for various repairs. We have taken a variety of cars here from Toyotas to BMWs. We've gone for serious body repairs after car accidents to simple maintenance like oil changes. No matter what, we have even given honest advice for our cars, and these brothers aren't like the usual crooks at some auto shops who try to charge you maximum price for unnecessary repairs. These brothers generally go on the premise of doing what you can to keep your car as long as possible, unlike many commercial places. They're also extremely helpful. Even though their waiting area is small, they're always offering their private WiFi and sitting areas when they see you doing work. The only criticism I have of this shop is that sometimes repairs do take more time than other places. However, since they're doing a thorough and honest job, I don't consider that too much of a problem. I highly recommend this small shop for anyone in the area. It's hard to find honest people to take care of your car, and these guys are nothing but honest and fair. read more

My wife and I had just bought a new van and asked Twins to look it over. They did a fantastic job and spotted several things that needed attention. After fixing them, we got our car home and it wouldn't start. Called Twins, and they sent someone out within 20 minutes to figure it out free of charge! This shop is caring, responsive, and knowledgeable! read more

Every experience I have at Twin's has been excellent. The brothers are excellent at their jobs, and they are extremely upfront and honest about my car's maintenance, even when it does not necessarily benefit them. I come here regularly for my yearly inspections and bigger repairs - they helped me out with fixing my A/C dial twice, and they didn't charge me either time. The waiting area is a little bit small and somewhat noisy, so I usually drop off my car and pick it up later, but I don't mind sticking around when it's a smaller problem with my car. I would 100% recommend Twin's for their work and honesty, which is something that I find very rarely with mechanics. They have never ripped me off or tried to convince me to repair things just to do it. If you need an honest mechanic who will tell it is like it is, Twin's is your place! Totally worth it every time. read more

This is the best auto repair shop ever!! My entire family and I go here whenever we need any help in our vehicles. They have always immediately helped us! They are beyond honest and won't over charge you on anything. Once I was even told it wasn't worth fixing a certain park of my car because it was too old. The honesty from both the brothers just amazes me. Usually when you go to mechanic they over charge or even find problems to charge you more to make more out of customers. But here they look at what's most important and work with you. Honestly this is the best auto shop ever!!! read more

I was impressed. They responded to my voicemail on a SUNDAY (even though they were actually closed!) The first time I went, I left with a smile on my face, they treated me well, we had great conversation and laughs, and they have a friendly outdoor kitty that greated me too (LOL)! LADIES - you can trust them if you go to the mechanic alone, you wont feel like they are patronizing you or ripping you off! And that is SO important to me. They listen to you, the prices are fair, they are fast and reliable, and you will be treated with respect. The two brothers (siblings) work great together and they remind me of my own brothers back home They are my new go-to mechanics for maintenance and repairs. The other rave reviews are accurate. The shop is located behind the CVS on Woodbourne Rd in Levittown, PA. read more

I commute from South Philly to receive service from them. I finally found a honest auto mechanic and I am reluctantly sharing them with the world. Honest guys and worth the trip. In fact- every time I am there- i meet a fellow customer who also travels a significant distance to receive service from them...they are that well regarded. Once I went in for routine work and they found a slow leak in one tire. They plugged the leak at no charge! read more

I just moved to PA from NJ and needed to find a place to get my car inspected within the required 10 days (yeah, they do things different in PA)! I took to yelp and saw great reviews for Twin's Auto Repair. Well, they totally lived up to those great reviews, and then some! Al is a straight shooter and went above and beyond to help get my car inspected, even dispelling my concerns over the high mileage on my car as I was worried it might be on its way out. Happy to say I found my mechanics! read more

My father and I have been going to Al and Lou for years ( and my old man is not an easy guy to please ). The reason? They are whole-heartedly honest men with a lot of integrity and so forth, honesty... and their work is quality! I brought my 2012 BMW to them since it was having severe battery issues, and they were very clear, accommodating, and professional in resolving the issue.. I even had the do my emissions and inspections tests. They're the only guys I feel 100% confident about going to, and I will continue going to them for years to come. Thanks guys! read more

I took my son's car to Twins because the check engine light was on. Al was very polite and professional and even did a free scan for me. He advised that it was something minor that caused the check engine light to come on and that there was nothing to worry about. It was very refreshing to go into an establishment that is so friendly, honest, and professional. This will be the place I will go to for any future repairs!!! I highly recommend them read more

The service, friendliness, and integrity these guys have go above and beyond any other automotive shop I have ever been to. Al was even nice enough to personally drive me to philly when I dropped my car off with them and pick me up. They are extremely meticulous with their work and treat every client like family. A very family friendly business, would highly reccomend. I will certainly be going back if I ever need an honest opinion about my car. read more

These brothers are not just great mechanics they are great people and we are so grateful we found them. My sister gave me her old car after she moved to Manhattan. It drives well but I had trouble passing inspection due to that pesky CEL. She said she changed it many times in the last 5 years and it always came back on a day or so after changing it even though there were no drivability issues. No mechanic could explain why. I found Twins by researching trustworthy mechanics online. After getting worked over by some other mechanics we were very apprehensive but the consistent 5 star reviews on review site after review site made us try Twins. We are so happy we did. The twins were able to get rid of the relentless check engine light without changing the o2 sensor. We passed emissions and the light is still off after many miles! There were some other issues before we could pass safety. They gave us two quotes and explained clearly why it may end up costing more; no hidden costs, no fast-talking, no games. They fixed many issues and some unanticipated issues, all of which others overlooked. It was still far more affordable than other shops. Even if their prices were similar to other shops they are well worth it because they are TRUSTWORTHY and do EXCELLENT work! But they are a really nice family so they help you out a lot and that's with all customers. Customer after customer came in and all were treated exceptionally well. I am not exaggerating. I have never seen a shop so honest, thorough, and kind. We are very impressed. Our car is finally fixed properly and at an affordable price! By God, we are sticking with Twins. I'm telling all my friends and family about them. Trust Twins Auto Repair with your car repair and inspection needs. You will not be disappointed. May they and their families have long, happy lives and continued success in their business. read more

This is the best place to take your car. Reason is, you will not find any more talented, devoted and friendly people than the twins. If I could rate it more than 5 stars, I would! They really are an old fashioned service center. They go above and beyond in everything they do. They have come out to my house to diagnose the car, they have dropped it off when done. I do live close to them, but it doesn't matter-no other place these days would do that. They always have time to talk-whether its to explain things, or "just" social talk. I am so happy someone recommended them to me! read more

I have been a customer here for over a decade, and I don't have any plans to go anywhere else. The owners are honest and friendly, the service is professional and efficient, and I have never been disappointed! I am not an online reviewer however the level of service I received at Twin's Auto Repair bears recognition. After the Thanksgiving weekend my Dodge Charger was acting very strange. Some type of electrical issue. I was worried the car may break down if I tried to drive it so I googled auto repairs closest to my home address and up popped Twin's Auto Repair. They are literally within walking distance of my house. They are tucked away nicely behind the Five Points Diner so to be honest I never took notice of them. So I drove my car the 1/4 of a mile from my driveway to their shop. From the moment I walked through their doors I was treated in a way I am really unaccustomed to in the business world. The service provided by Twin's staff was nothing less than outstanding. The problem with my car was not easily identified but that did not deter Al one bit. More importantly their honesty and integrity was what motivated me to write this review. So I just wish to thank Twin's Auto Repair and let you guys know you have a customer AND a walking commercial for your shop in me for life! read more
