They were courteous and an experienced, professional staff provided detailed explanations about the work being done or proposed to be done. Picked me and dropped me off, as well. Pricing is less than dealers and feedback was honest and sincere. They recommended new air filters, which is standard for most cars with notable mileage, but I declined. No big deal. My car was returned with no grease smudges (thank you!). I will definitely return for future service. And they have experienced diesel mechanics for my Super Duty.

I then left for my dayjob and I came back to pick up the car and went home. It was around night and realized my car felt a bit lighter than usual. I had DJ equipment in the car (more specifically in the trunk). I popped my trunk and it was gone. I contacted the shop to review footage and they gave me an excuse saying that only the boss can access the camera footage and one of the workers said the boss was in around 11-noon. I called the shop to speak with the boss, and a worker said the boss left in the morning. So not only can they not keep their story consistent but they're acting shady and saying the footage doesn't show things in the actual garage. I trusted these guys with my car and my belongings in my car. Never again.

I searched and searched and then came across H&H and boy am I glad I did! I explained to Howard how I was short on time since it was an auction site and I was going to bid on the truck and the auction was closing in two days. He let me know that he was fully booked but that he would try to fit me in the next morning anyway and so the truck was brought to him by the dealer and he did a thorough inspection. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and very thorough and found almost a dozen things wrong with the truck, all things that were not being advertised by the seller. He took lots of pictures of everything he found and wrote up a detailed report with all of the issues. This guy probably saved me from a huge mistake and I commend his professionalism and just by speaking with him over the phone a few times, discussing the truck, I could tell that he was one of the good ones- kind of the holy grail of honest mechanics that we all go through our life searching for, usually to no avail.
