I went in today for my front end alignment. The young man who is a service manager went beyond his duty to assure me that everything will be done in timely manner and it was not only that he pointed a minor thing that I need to have repaired on my next visit. He also suggested that I take out a credit card. Wish I'm going to do so in case I need any major repair. I want to thank him and Firestone very much. They are also forthcoming if they are not the right provider for a particular service and have helped point me in the right direction. I bought three tires from Firestone with 60,000 mile warrantees. they were run flats. at 40,000 miles, they were down to 1 thirty second in depth and they said the warranty will only cover $60 of the repair. they said it was the end of life (I drove 40/60 miles). and they want to charge me $40 per tire for a new warranty. When I complained they offered to give me the car back and I could go elsewhere. but of a ripoff in my opinion. read more

This place is the worst place i ever been to. Took my car there this past sat morning and they didn't even fix the problems i pointed out. They fixed something else and charged me over $500.00 for it. Then didn't want to correct it, stating that everyone is on vacation and i should come back next week. went to Bensalem location 8/11. Told them to fix one coil If the problem is solved replace all 4. Long story short problem was not solved .. Car is still sputtering. Went back in to talk Jake Goodman the store manager. He just told me it worked when it was driven off the lot and the check engine light came off so there job is done . What kind of answer is that. So you dont fix the problem and check engine light is back on. He was just nervous and stuttering over his words.. Worst customer service ever... Place is a complete rip off.. Place is a joke. Got an oil change and asked them to rotate my tires. They told me they couldn't get my tire off because my lug nut was mis-threaded, so couldn't rotate them. Lies, my mechanic said there was nothing with it. Lazy and Incompetent. read more

I had a issue with my car the sway barlink was broken and i took it to this firestone mind you i have been coming here for like years now and they run all there diagnostic test and they start mentioning all this stuff okay that not even the problem the problem was they was charging me 1500$ to fix a sway-bar lol in this hard time where must i see that i could use that money for a down payment for a car lol but i was willing to pay for that thou cux i kept hearing noise under my car and it bothering me so i told this white guy with the beard i think his name is BRETT i told him am gonna come and pay the 1500$ so he said they gonna have to order it so they said they will get back to me in 3 to 5 days time within that time i call up a friend and he connect me with his mechanic and the mechanic looked and he said all i need is to go to Chrysler and tell dem i need a sway bar and they gonna order it ... it only 250$ and when they order it i should bring it to him his gonnna fix it on it he was charging me 150$ to put it on okay in total i send 400$ and i save 1,100$ lol so since then whenever i go there for a oil charge this white boy be giving me attitude like bro am just tryna save money and he be like " oh you the guy with the sway bar right" like bro we all tryna save money in America read more

Stay away from this place. They don't even know that you need to remove the weights before removing a tire. They ruined my tire by breaking the bead. The Service Manager is a crook. He knew what happened and gave me the excuse that the patch was to close to the end. They should have known this also attempting to patch the tire. They don't stand behind their work. They ruin your tire and make an excuse as to why they could do the job. I took the tire to another shop and they showed me what they did. Never ever use this place. The Service Manager is shady as he is the one that gave the excuse about the hole being too close to the sidewall. Which any professional shop would have known before starting the job. They only are getting star so I can post this. read more

Writing this review because the store's manager, Rich, is incredible. My family and I were driving on the New Jersey Turnpike in January when we hit a pothole and ruptured a tire. As this was a run-flat tire, we were able to continue at low speed towards the nearest Firestone but were (appropriately) concerned about the availability of this particular, atypically-sized tire at nearby stores. The first store that we called was Rich's. When I explained the situation to him, I was immediately taken aback by how concerned for our well-being he seemed ("Wow, sorry to hear that," he interjected, when I mentioned the flat tire). He expeditiously looked up my information, confirmed that I had the maintenance package, and that my tires were eligible for replacement. Unfortunately, he did not have my particular tire in stock, but within seconds he was able to tell me the location of another Firestone Complete Autocare that did. He did tell me, in the event that they were not able to accommodate us, that he would actually send somebody from his store to pick up the tire from them and get us taken care of immediately. Sure enough, I spoke with the other store, and while they did, indeed have the tire, they were not able to get us in on short notice. We called Rich back, and he immediately had an employee pick up the tire and told us to come in. My wife and I were floored by his accommodating us in this manner. Rich was incredibly friendly when he greeted us in person (even recommending a nearby playground to take my son while we waited for the car to be serviced), and our car was tended to immediately. The work was performed expertly, there were no surprises on the billing, and we were on our way. The entire time, my family and I felt incredibly well-taken care of. Rich is gifted at customer service and went far beyond what we could have reasonably expected in order to ensure that my family had a safe trip back home. read more

Had an 8am appt and was told they couldn't get me out by 10 for an oil change. Wish someone would've called me since there is an option to drop off car or stay when you make your appointment and I even put in the notes that I had to be out by 10. Such a waste of time and the man at the counter was just rude about it. read more

I discovered a potential disaster waiting to happen, in the form of a giant bubble on the side of my tire. Thankfully, Firestone was down the road. NOT. Not this time, at least. A young man named Robin seemed to be dealing with a barrage of phone calls from irate customers, complaining about delays and scheduling mishaps, and "referred me down the road." Considering this tire exploding could have deadly consequences, I inquired as to his customer policy on emergencies such as mine. "I know what my manager will say, and someone called out." The service has seriously declined at this franchise. A year ago, I rolled in with a flat tire and was treated like I was their only customer. Today, they sent me back onto the road with a time bomb in my tire. NEVER going back there again. read more

Prior to 04/30/2017 visit I had the car looked at by the same store on 2/04/2017 prepping for inspection. I took my vehicle to the store for an inspection schedule at 9:00. The car did not make it in until 10:00. I had the prior report sitting in with car for the tech to review. On today's visit though multiple steering/ suspensions issues were noted, and not able to pass inspection. In 3 months my control arms and front struts did not go from good to failing condition. The steering/suspension section of the form is not complete from today's visit for my review, and prior to today's visit my light switch work fine but it is now a failure of inspection. Techs were unable to run an OBD emissions control test, however I was still charged for it. I was charged and paid for a sticker today, but did not receive the sticker. read more

I've had good luck with Firestone. I've taken my car in for an appointment and haven't been waiting too long (I try to schedule for first thing in the morning because they do get backed up as the day progresses). Sometimes they do miss stuff - like a friend of mine paid for them to install windshield wipers and they forgot. But he took it back and they remedied the situation. They have a Saturn fan/mechanic on staff which is helpful since there aren't Saturn dealerships anymore. So far, I've been pleased with my service here and will update my review should my opinion change. read more

I brought my truck to get aligned and they said they would see if they would be able to do it. They weren't able to adjust the camber which was fine since they said they'd see what they could do. But they could have at least fixed my toe since I now have to wait two days to get an alignment some place else. Not cool. read more

This place is a scam. I should've never given them another shot after they charged me 60 dollars for wiper blades that they claimed were the only ones that could be used on my car. I had a coupon for a 20 dollar oil change (i've used coupons here before and never paid over 24 dollars with tax)..the manager told me my car needed a special kind of oil that with the coupon would be 35 instead of 20 for the standard oil. That's interesting when I've had my car for 2 years now and have been7 taking it to this place every time for oil changes and never had anyone tell me my car requires "special oil"?. Do yourself a favor and go to a trusted mom and pop shop this place is money hungry and I wouldn't be surprised if they put the standard oil in my car but charged me for the upgraded oil... read more
