This place is excellent. Not only are they accmmodating and easy to work with, the shop is clean and comfortable to sit and wait. Went there for a motorcycle inspection which was made so much easier by this shop being able to handle it all. Highly recommend read more

Gerard and the people at Lykon automotive are spectacular. I had a problem with my truck and had to go on a trip they fixed it quickly even gave me a loaner car to use. Great customer service great work. read more

I had a flat tire and they fixed it right away. Very nice shop and everyone there was helpful.

Used Lykon via Amex roadside assistance and they did a great job with the tow. My wife's car broke down in NJ inside of a garage. Lykon showed up during the promised time frame and towed the car out to Langhorne with no issues whatsoever. They even covered our garage parking fee since we weren't on site. All in all, we were very happy with the experience. No headaches at all, exactly what you want when a car breaks down and you need assistance. read more

Gerard was very helpful, he helped us build our Pennsbury Prom float. He made everything very easy and even had a speaker for us to use! I definitely recommend! read more

Gerard was so helpful for lending a truck and driving it for my prom float! He was good at communicating and very kind.

Shout out to Danielle and the techs who replaced my subframe! Very good customer service and my total even came out at less than my quote.

Gerard and the Lykon staff are THE best. Friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. Very loyal to their customers, and honest. If I didn't move an hour away they'd still be my go to mechanic. Come to think of it, I might still drive the hour! read more

Couldn't believe how well we were treated there. This is what service should be. They took in my 1985 K5, 6.2 diesel and corrected the fuel issue, did a state inspection and washed our truck. If you require services for your vehicle this is where you want to be. Very friendly staff. Made this old VET feel special. A special call out to Chris (aka Big foot) read more

The professional demeanor and mechanical knowledge of the Lykon Automotive Staff always lends to a really nice experience each and every time. My 2003 Liberty Jeep is so happy when it visits for oil changes and check-up maintenance. Lykon Mechanics treat my Jeep as their own. My recent visit on 4-15-23 for Front Strut replacements is nothing short of wonderful. Lykon Staff worked with me since coming from NJ to arrange special Saturday service. I was blessed to have Glenn do such a fantastic job. I know their prices are fair and they do not do unnecessary work. It means the world to me that I have honest and experienced mechanics keeping me and my Jeeper safe on the roads. May God bless Gerard, Glenn, Chris, Justin, Sharon, Henry, Bob and all the Staff of Lykon. read more

Excellent service and very kind people. When I moved to the area I asked neighbors if there's an honest garage in the area and they all said Lykon. read more

Very quick service, super pleasant staff and they even gave me a ride to and from my house. I will not be going anywhere else from here on out! Awesome job!!! read more

Just had some brakes done over at LYKON. Great service as usual. In and out. Cool waiting area. Gerard and Jessica put in a retro 50's style "Diner" theme. Very cool. real Jukebox. read more

I had my required vehicle inspection performed at lykon.. they were the lowest priced and it was a wonderful experience. The waiting room had everything... microwave, refrigerator, water cooler, an individual cup coffee maker and hot chocolate. I actually got lost because the Google map showed the location about 250 yards different and on the other side of the road. But Nicole talked to me in from where I ultimately wound up. When I left I noticed that the air in all four tires had been set to the factory settings to the pound. I had a good luck quarter on the floor in the back of a car that someone gave me and it was still there. I would go back there in a heartbeat read more

Owner is pleasant and isn't sleazy like other mechanics. His daughter works as the receptionist and is also pleasant. Overall a pleasant experience. Ower kinda looks like tony soprano. read more

They go above what you would expect from an Auto repair establishment. If you are looking for a place to get your car serviced I would highly recommend them. We have 5 cars....3 daily drivers and 2 sports cars and they all go there for any and all work that they need done to them. read more

I'm actually sitting here in Lykon's shop as I type this. A couple of days after a mishap the owner of the shop Gerard reached out to me in a very genuine fashion, and wanted to make things right. All too often companies or people in high positions don't care how people are treated and could care less what you think about their company, but not Gerard. Gerard truly has a heart of gold and made sure that I understood that my being a customer was appeciated and not taken for granted. When I walked in this morning for my car to be taken care of I was greeted with warm smiles, and while they were working on the car they made sure to keep me informed. I want to thank Gerard and his staff for reaching out to me and making things right, I truly appreciate that and felt the need to express it. Thank you thank you thank you. read more

The owner came to the rescue within 5 minutes of me calling about breaking down after sucking water into car in a flood. Got the car towed and repaired quicker than the insurance company paid him! Highly recommend. great service great people. read more

I brought my Jeep in for the first time to Lykon Automotive for an inspection/emissions appointment. I was impressed! The staff was very friendly and the maintenance crew knowledgeable. They went above and beyond by not only the inspection/emissions, but also took pictures of some areas of the Jeep to keep an eye on in the event of off-roading. I was in and out in an hour. Very pleased with my experience there. read more

My son took his car here and they made it 10 times worse then what it was and charged him 3000 dollars got the car back it won't even start and the owner won't answer his calls or call him back please don't ever take your car here. read more

My interaction with Gerard and his team was due to an auto accident. They were the towing service the local police used. They were excellent. They were courteous, professional and most importantly compassionate. Gerard showed both my wife and myself total attention. His office staff were also very professional. Yo guys, listen, it's about trust, first, then cost. These guys nailed it!! Their estimate comes with a walk around the car, if you desire, to see what repairs they are recommending. The cost are still 1/2 of what our dealer wanted. I'm telling you, the best locally!! read more

Simply amazing service. The owner, Gerard, even offered me a ride to my job because the brakes on my car weren't working - he even brought me to McDonalds! Professional, fast, friendly service that goes above and beyond. They even cleaned and vaccuumed my car, it is sparkling clean! Bring your car here for service. You won't be disappointed! read more

Terrific customer service!!! I called a few days before my appointment and the receptionist Bridgid was so friendly and got me in right away. They inspected my car pretty fast and professional. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning. read more

The customer service here is fantastic. Although I had to get a new transmission (miserable situation) which is costly, I did not leave with a bad taste in my mouth. The manager Bridgett (I hope I didn't spell it wrong!) was extremely friendly and enthusiastic, and you could tell she genuinely cares about her customers. She even stayed an hour later than close time just to make sure I didn't have to wait until the next day! You will feel at home here, like it's family members who are fixing your car rather than some random sketchy guy on the corner who just cares about the money. If you don't have one stable car mechanic who you can rely on, I'd recommend you to go to Lykon. read more

The few times i used Lykon auto Gerald was always straight forward and no nonsense. My van's motor was checking out & he said unload it & buy a new one ( that turned out to be a lemon law van ) Not Gerald's fault rather Auerbach Chevy ( out of business, now Burlington Chevrolet ). But he gave me an honest assessment which is all you can ask for. Thank you Gerald continued success. read more

I stumbled upon Lykon Automotive by checking out the back of my Giant receipt. I know what you are thinking - who looks at those coupons and advertisements on the back of grocery store receipts? I do...and you should, too! I, of course, looked them up on yelp and after reading so many good reviews - I knew I had to give this place a shot. Even from my first phone call the experience was great. Tyler was super nice and when booking my appointment for inspection. I dropped it off in the morning with Bridgette and a couple of hours later - she was ready to be picked up! I am very happy with the service I received and will continue to take my car back for future services! Update 12/2016: I went back to the shop for an oil change and to have a tire sensor looked at. The folks that work here always take their time and make sure the work is done right. I took my car to sts multiple times and they 'could not' fix/get my tire pressure light to stop flashing, and when I came into Lykon it got taken care of! Couldn't ask for better service. read more

I have been taking my vehicles to Lykon for a short while now and they are just great. Over the years I have been through a number of garages and I typically move on because of a lack of trust and/or ability to fix it the right way the first time. Lykon is top notch and very trustworthy. Gerard and Brigette are extremely friendly and their follow up is like nothing I've experienced at other shops. I highly recommend them. read more

I wish I could leave no stars. Wouldn't recommend this company to even my worst enemy. Dennis was scheduled to tow my vehicle through my roadside assistance. First he shows up to the location and tells me my car was already towed by another tow truck... Confirmed it was not by a manager at the location it was at, so I called him back to advise, and then he said it was due to a bill issue. Which the manager yet again confirmed I had paid my bill before he even arrived, and emailed me my receipt already. I couldn't get in contact with him except by leaving voicemails that Tuesday afternoon, but I advised him it had been paid and about 10 mins later (since it was only being towed 2 miles) I got the notification it was successfully towed to the correct auto shop but I couldn't call to confirm with the shop because they closed well after I got notified it was towed there. The next day Wednesday, my auto shop calls me saying my vehicle never arrived. I called Dennis and he advised me that he dropped it off at the location And kept confirming the address provided from my insurance which was correct, but I advised him it wasn't there so he told me he took it to a Sunoco in Penndel which was not the address my insurance provided. Called the auto shop he says he took it to, and it's not there. Since I was without a vehicle, I had family members and friends searching all of Penndel, Langhorne, Levittown, etc the whole evening for my car. Almost reported it stolen only to find out it was still at the dealership. Dennis was supposed to send me before, and after pictures of the vehicle he supposedly dropped off, and when I kept calling he said he did and said he'd email them to me. Never got them and I had texted him four times but no response. Called the dealership to advise he may have towed the wrong vehicle since he told me they handed him the keys to the vehicle he towed and the vin number matched. They spoke to him this morning, Thursday, and he advised the manager that he got tired of waiting for my car and left. So overall my car was never towed even though he marked it as complete with my insurance and told me some bullshit elaborate story. I reported this to my insurance, and they escalated it so the company is never recommended again for the area. Absolutely no professionalism from the auto shop as well when I called because the girl was talking to someone else while I was trying to explain the situation, which coming from someone who works in customer service every day this was despicable treatment. It may not of been her problem to handle, but it sure as hell inconvenienced me of two additional days without my vehicle, and her best advice was to contact Dennis. Ha! Good fucking luck with that! I now had to pay out of pocket for a tow to send my car to the correct location. Save yourself the money, and time, and find a tow company that actually cares about the customers vehicle and values your time. I'm honestly glad he didn't get a chance to touch my vehicle. Who knows where it could've ended up. read more

Just left Lykon Automotive and I couldn't be happier. It was my first time there and they made me feel comfortable and not like I was getting ripped off. Went in today for oil change, tire rotation & brakes.. Fantastic job done by Chris... Great customer service from Tyler & Bridget. I was truly blown away by their service from tow to pickup. The Lykon family and employees are extremely intelligent professionals. They had a detailed thorough explanation and solution for the cause of my axle problems and identified other issues with the vehicle without being pushy about making a sale. They went far beyond my expectations including driving me to the train station when my car was left at their shop and picking me up from the station when I was en route to pick up my car. Picking me up in my car was also a nice touch!!! Even though Lykon is probably 20-30 miles from my house, I'll definitely go back for my inspections and scheduled maintenance. No one is ever lucky to have a dead car on the shoulder of I95, but I'm fortunately Lykon took care of me!!! read more

What a great place. I would recommend Lykon to anyone. I broke down this morning, they picked me up and towed my car in no time at all. A good place for state and emissions inspection. Frequent coupons in Valpak, etc. make it affordable. My car always passed inspection here (other places sometimes find non-existing defects to make more money). They give honest advice about potential issues that may require attention in the future. And now a new waiting room with beverages, donuts, etc. make any visit a much more pleasant experience. Recommended! read more
