It is a stick Shift and I Love It.... One thing though, it seems to use up the oil... I use synthetic and it seems to use it before 1,000 Miles... I put the oil in out my pocket... Something that I think I should not need todo since it is s Lease VW. Also The Car Need it a rear end alignment and it did not even have at the time they told me to get one, 8,000 Miles... Just thought it was strange... Other than that I am Happy With the dealership however, they should give some discounts to Loyal customers like myself.., I have spend Thousands of Dollars in that Dealership.....

It was at a post office, needing a signature (never had that issue when ordering parts in the past), and I didn't have a ride. I ended up having it returned to the parts department. I spoke to Matt several times, and he assured me there would be a full refund. (the package was never picked up and was never opened) so when it arrived at the parts department, they charged me for a restocking fee. I called back to inquire about that, I told Matt that there would be a full refund since the process was messed up, and wasn't my fault. Matt replied he never said that. So the process was frustrating and long. I never got the parts in time when I needed them, and I lost money. when you order parts, you have to be very vigilant about the shipping.

I have been coming here for over 20 years. The last few visits have completely ruined any goodwill…read morefrom those 20 years. I took my SUV in for an inspection and oil change. There were absolutely no issues with the vehicle--at best, I expected needing brakes and/or tires. To my shock, the WHOLE front suspension needed replacing. As well as the battery and battery terminals (which they claimed were leaking). Odd that I never saw any battery leakage or felt problems in the suspension. $2000 later, I had my vehicle back. Now, there is a knocking sound when I go over small bumps. Interesting that they just fixed that and that is the sound I hear. I returned to the service center, and they say the knock is coming from my transmission--and they "claim" the dipstick was removed/missing. Then asked me if I took it out? Meineke is the ONLY place I have taken my vehicle since owning it. WHY would I even look at my transmission fluid? It is way under the vehicle. I would need a lift to access it. They claimed they did not remove it, then charged me $150 to refill it. I get the vehicle back and THERE IS STILL A KNOCK in the suspension. I return yet again, and now it needs another $1000 in repairs to the suspension. They are CLEARLY damaging vehicles and charging customers for the repairs. I am pending a return call from their corporate office regarding these matters. EDIT: They changed the repair cost from $1000 to $600; but still admit no fault in the damage.

Things went pretty smooth today considering it was a Memorial Day Saturday, though maybe more…read morecustomers were on vacation than staff which is what I was concerned about. Usually no one wants to work, but maybe they actually have responsible staff. I only needed 1 tire and I did make an appointment, and luckily I was out in 30 min as they may have actually prioritized me over those who may have left their vehicles for the day... I usually hang out in the waiting room, especially for something so minor. But I have been known to be waiting most of the day at these places, also I had looked at the reviews before choosing this location.

Went on vacation and came back to two rear tires almost completely flat. I commute regularly and…read morehave gotten screws and nails stuck on my tires before. The place I usually go to (Tire City) had a two hour wait so I called around and Firestone said they could see me right away. While I was waiting to be called in by Tire City, I ran over to Firestone. I gave them my keys and waited. After they looked, they said that my treads were worn to the wear bars on my rear tires and they would suggest getting two entirely new tires. There's no way this is true. I purchased an entire set of four Cooper tires less than two years ago. I know my tires have an 80k warranty and less than 50k miles on them. Again, I do commute, so the treads were worn more than average, but nowhere near gone. They then said if I came in the back they'd show me, so I walked back. Then the tech told me I need FOUR new tires, and due to a previous plug in the one tire, could not patch me up. He also said my rear driver shock was going... car is a 2013 but it doesn't even have 100k miles. He didn't even mention repairing my current tires. This was all too much, so I took my car and went back to Tire City. When they took a look, they said the treads were getting there but not worth replacing. They pulled one screw out of one tire, and a nail out of the other in 20 mins. I was patched up for free and sent on my way, totally repaired. As a single female under the age of 30 that entered this place alone, I cannot BELIEVE I was given the run-around on this. There was absolutely nothing unrepairable about my tires, as Tire City repaired them both for free. Firestone wasted their own time and my time, and tried to take advantage of me 100%. Really sad to see this day and age. Will never return.

Disappointed Doesn't Even Begin to Cover It…read more I've been a loyal Midas customer for years, bringing my car here for everything from routine maintenance to major repairs. But after today's experience, I will not be returning -- and I'm honestly shocked I even have to write this. Here's what happened: We took my mom's car to Tire City for a routine tire rotation (they offer free rotations and patches if you buy tires from them). But as they started the process, they stopped immediately after trying to remove the rear driver's side tire. The lug nut was overly tight, and they didn't feel comfortable proceeding -- they suggested we go back to the last shop that worked on the tires: Midas in Langhorne. That's when everything fell apart. At Midas, the manager refused to even look at the car. He said they couldn't verify who last worked on the tires because he "couldn't see the locations" on the CARFAX report. When I calmly questioned that -- because I know CARFAX absolutely shows that info -- he raised his voice at me. When I asked him not to speak to me like that, his response? "If I was raising my voice at you, you'd know it." Completely unprofessional and honestly, a bit threatening. To make matters worse, my mom (who's in her 60s) was treated dismissively the entire time ; it was my moms car -- and this was after I explained that we were just trying to resolve a safety issue. The front desk staff acted like they couldn't hear us, responding with repeated "what?"s and generally acting like we were an inconvenience. I was told there were no service records for her vehicle in their system -- even though she's had multiple services done there and still have paper receipts to prove it. Frustrated, I went home, pulled up the CARFAX -- and lo and behold, it clearly lists Midas Langhorne as the last place that serviced her tires (following a brake replacement). So not only were we turned away without help, we were also lied to. I'm still shocked at the complete disregard for customer loyalty and basic decency. I've never been treated this poorly at a shop, and to see this level of disrespect -- especially toward my mom -- was beyond disappointing. To whoever manages this location: Do better. Your long-time customers deserve better. (And if you're reading this and thinking of visiting -- fair warning, the manager we dealt with was a shorter, middle-aged man with gray and black facial hair. I believe his name is either Alex or John, both are managers.) Attached a photo of my CARFax for proof.

Service was good to change 2 tires, alignment, and oil change…read more Expensive but they were efficient. I was disappointed in overall attention to detail. After service was completed tpms turned on and I had to turn right back to the center. They stated that it was bc one tire wasn't filled...I thought kind of strange since they just fixed tires. As soon as I got 20 miles away the light turned on again. I called before closure and they didn't offer a reasonable fix for a long weekend. I had to take the car to my tire guy in north Jersey who quickly assessed the issue and corrected. I appreciate them getting this taken care of quickly but ultimately was not worth it since I had to have it reassessed and addressed by someone else. They did offer a north Jersey location - but it was an inconvenient location...and at that point I wanted to make sure it was done correctly.
