They were like yes... yes... dude looked up, saw me, and I guess either he profiled me or just didn't like me, or whatever the case was, said he would need to look at my car first. For a wheel alignment and AC fixing. Dude walked outside to my car and came back. Then said "NO". I was like I drop almost 45 mins to get here and after been told yes and yes to all of my inquiries, now that I'm here in person... it's a No. so yeah, nothing was done. No service rendered, all I got was profiled and refused service. So when I got back home to Philly. Some other shop did the work and respectfully, if I must say so. PS: I don't want a reply from the business other either. This is a review and I've honestly left one and don't need an explanation or justification, as I would never return there again. Every time I contact them, I'm constantly reminded of why I only buy parts from them. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable of the products they sell, but they're always trying their best to make sure you're happy with them. Whether it be giving you advanced notice if your parts are on back order or always being a quick phone call away, they're always on top of things! After my last order of parts, they went so far as to contact me personally and see how things went with the install and what the outcome of the upgrade was. During one other purchase, the product was missing a small yet important piece. Without asking a single question, they had the part in the mail with next day delivery! I have yet to ever have a negative experience with them, and their customer service keeps me coming back as a loyal customer! I clearly explained that I would purchase the vehicle from Thompson if they honored the $500 Hero discount that was being offered at Team Toyota. The Sales Manager, Steve Tagye, responded and initially confirmed that honoring the $500 discount would not be an issue. Based on this clear agreement, I placed a deposit. After several months of waiting for the redesigned RAV4 to enter production, the dealership located a vehicle for me in February. At this point, communication broke down completely. The sales consultant, Ken, could not make even minor decisions and was forced to defer to Steve Tagye for nearly everything. In March, Steve Tagye unilaterally backed out of the previously agreed-upon $500 discount on a vehicle with a list price of approximately $49,000. Despite the clear documentation of our agreement and my repeated references to it, he refused to honor the commitment and attempted to argue that the agreement never existed. This was a blatant use of manipulative and unethical sales tactics, wasting my time and trust. I immediately requested my deposit back and decided to take my business elsewhere. Potential buyers should exercise extreme caution when dealing with Steve Tagye and Thompson Toyota.

Sadly that wasn't the first time that guy said it was broken. Twice they said they "don't do it after dark" even though it wasn't dark the second time.
