I don't even know where to start with Fred Beans Parts…read more I've been ordering car parts through Fred Beans for a few years now. Every time I contact them, I'm constantly reminded of why I only buy parts from them. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable of the products they sell, but they're always trying their best to make sure you're happy with them. Whether it be giving you advanced notice if your parts are on back order or always being a quick phone call away, they're always on top of things! After my last order of parts, they went so far as to contact me personally and see how things went with the install and what the outcome of the upgrade was. During one other purchase, the product was missing a small yet important piece. Without asking a single question, they had the part in the mail with next day delivery! I have yet to ever have a negative experience with them, and their customer service keeps me coming back as a loyal customer! In a world where businesses seem to only see you as a walking dollar sign, it's truly remarkable how the people at Fred Beans Parts handle their customers! 5 confident stars!

The asked if I ranted to lease or purchase. I said not sure. They asked if when I wanted to test drive the vehicle. I said, not yet, still looking at other models. They said fine let us know when you want to proceed. They have followed up twice in the last two months to check on status. A great quote and no pressure.

I received an email and text from an online sales rep Christian asking me if I wanted to come in that day or the next to check out the vehicle and test drive it. I informed Christian that I am not local and would like to purchase the vehicle online and have the vehicle delivered to me. He informed me that online purchase was not possible and they are not able to deliver vehicles. He then proceeded to tell me that if I wanted the vehicle delivered I would have to outsource a third party transporter to have the vehicle delivered. I then asked if they were able to do dealer trades and have the vehicle delivered to a Toyota near me and then I stopped hearing back from Christian. My husband works for Toyota at a different dealership and new they were able to have the vehicle delivered so my husband called the Director of Sales, Marisa. Marisa also told my husband that I could not purchase the vehicle online because "they wouldn't make a profit" and then proceeded to laugh at him when he told her the vehicle could in fact be delivered. My husband then asked to speak to the Service Manager, I think his name was Steve, who informed my husband that the vehicle could be delivered and the dealership has two transporters that they use to deliver vehicles. So at this point we are not purchasing any vehicles from this dealership because no one wanted to actually do their job for customers and were only worried about making a profit. Worst experience and we would not recommend to anyone!

Jaquon found the blade that was a fit for my car, and when I asked how to put it on, he offered to come outside to do it for me. I watched as he worked with skill and patience, so the next time I should feel comfortable doing it without his assistance.
