I stopped at this store again today for assistance. This time it was a ragged rear window wiper blade that brought me in on a cold, misty day. Jaquon found the blade that was a fit for my car, and when I asked how to put it on, he offered to come outside to do it for me. I watched as he worked with skill and patience, so the next time I should feel comfortable doing it without his assistance. read more

Exceptional customer service! Went into the store needing a headlight replacement. Not only did the salesman come out to my car, find the CORRECT bulb I needed, put back the bulb I incorrectly pulled out, to top off the great service he also put the new bulb in! 10/10. read more

It's just a regular Auto Zone location. Could use a little cleaning, but otherwise fine. The staff didn't appear to enjoy being there and dealing with people. Almost came off as a little rude. They had everything I needed though! read more

Bought a battery a year ago. had to recently take it to a mechanic because on several occasions - the battery was dead and needed to be jumped. Mechanic said "nothing wrong with anything other than the batter is testing low" took it back to autozone - explained the situation and the manager agreed that it was testing low (for a year old battery) BUT it was low because the alternator was draining it... I told him again that a mechanic JUST looked at the car and confirmed everything was working properly .... BUT - this guy (without even looking at the car) somehow came to the conclusion that the alternator was fault. Result - I was denied a new battery EVEN though I was told (when I bought it) "...if anything goes wrong with this battery - you just bring it back and we'll replace it..." Something as simple as this - just replace the F-in battery (which doesnt cost them anything because it's sent back to the manufacture). Instead - they showed me that they don't give a crap about their customers or the products they sell. I will NEVER do business with them again! read more

Went there on Saturday and saw only one employee on computer with a customer looking at parts. He watched me walking around looking for item and ignored me. I located item and walked to counter only ten feet from employee who was still on computer deciding auto parts. Employee looked over and continued to ignore me for about 5 minutes. I left item on counter and went to Pep Boys down street that had at least four employees I saw. In and out in five minutes. Will never patronize AutoZone again! read more

After having issues at another location, I visited the Warminster location for a battery after my car was delayed in starting. The staff (and the manager) were quick, helpful and gave me the best options for my car. The battery was immediately replaced and the issue I was having was immediately gone. Not that I deal with AutoZone often but this store is the only one where I have major problems. Just an hour ago I tried to have a set of brake pads replaced under warranty that literally had pieces of wear material flaking off and the employee responded condescendingly with great smarmyness that the warranty "ends when you put them on the car" and that they're a lifetime warranty "forever as long as they're not on the car" which I protested with logic and the definition of a warranty. He then lept to the argument that the warranty does not cover wear, which flew in the face of the obvious defect in front of him. He then spoke to his manager, a girl who had given me terrible, moody service in previous visits when she was just a standard employee who repeated the wear policy. I then showed her the defect and she said "well ya that would be a warranty claim" then walked way into the back. I'm thinking "hey, there we go" but then the stupid standard employee then hit with the claim that he would have replaced them if "most" of the 4 pads had a defect instead of the one. Ya, that makes great policy for a trivial, non-vital item like brakes. When I said that she had said that it was valid, he simply stonewalled me with the same argument. Having gotten the pads originally at the store on Frankford Ave, I said "are you seriously going to make me go all the way down to Frankford Avenue to deal with this?". "Ya, I guess so." 40 minutes later at the Frankford Avenue store, the pads were exchanged quickly and courteously with nary a hitch. I've spoken to others about this store, and all are resoundingly negative. My barber for instance, during a discussion about a repair to his car said when I suggested where he might find a part amongst other stores "OH I HATE AUTOZONE. They're always so rude. Terrible" speaking of that particular store. I guess that shouldn't worry Autozone, because barbers aren't well known for speaking with their resoundingly male patrons about such topics. Being that this store is the only one in the area for a large radius, Autozone would do well to clean house of the management there, as it seems they're not doing the company any favors. I personally will not ever be going back to that store and will likely only go to another in the event of having something I already bought replaced under warranty. read more

This is an excellent AutoZone location! All of the staff are very helpful and Chris the assistant manager is great. I had to have my battery replaced and he was able to help me right away and replace the battery and recommend the best one for my car. Thanks Chris! read more

Just okay store. The New Mexican kid from Texas is very very smart and very knowledgeable and courteous. Kid is gonna go places. He works there on the side. The employee named Chris is a major a hole. Super rude. Will ignore you on purpose Otherwise, they have a decent selection and can order parts for good price read more
