I recently brought two german made alternators in for repair, one fairly modern and another from 1980. Both were fixed/rebuilt to my complete satisfaction, very quickly. The older model required that Torodyne create a custom machined endcap as the factory part was no longer available. This added no time and no significant cost to the rebuild. Excellent shop!
