Because most consumers are not able to repair body damage to their own vehicles themselves, they place their trust in the individuals repairing their vehicle-- and hope that they have the skill, knowledge, and attention to detail to do it right. Ultimately, however, consumers are often left unaware of the true quality of a repair. Luckily, I have had the opportunity to learn that the work done by Steve Jr and his team at Buckingham Collision is top notch. So much so, actually, that when I had my recently repaired Jeep Grand Cherokee assessed at the Jeep dealership after being repaired at Buckingham collision, the used car sales manager commented repeatedly that whoever had done the repairs had done an absolutely outstanding job. And, as a result of the diligence and care put into every facet of the repair, the car value was higher than it would've been in any other circumstance. We've been fortunate in two unfortunate circumstances to have worked with Steve and his team. Both times, we were incredibly impressed by the level of detail and proactive communication that Steve provided every step of the way, the care that he put in to explaining the technical nature of the repairs to non-technical customers, the explanation he put in of the process involving insurance adjusters, car rentals, and other estimates-- and ultimately, the quality of the repairs done on our vehicle. Everything was completed with OEM parts, and the car was returned to us detailed inside and out. It is obvious on so many levels that Steve and his team take great pride in their work. Having a car repaired at a collision center is usually not a good circumstance, but we will recommend Buckingham Collision to everyone we can. We absolutely trust Steve and his team implicitly, and would go nowhere else if we find ourselves in need of his services in the future.
