When we tried to call them the phone would have an automated voice giving the hours but when we'd call on those, there was no answer. Finally I went there to make an appointment but was told they had different hours, and when I commented on the hours on the machine was told "WE CAN'T CHANGE THE ANSWERING MACHINE and would call us. There was some phone tag and finally we just went somewhere else. So we're left with people who don't respond to calls but more importantly, do you really want to trust your car to people who can't even change the message on their answering machine?

This is completely unacceptable for this to happen to a car at all. A simple search on the internet shows MANY Fiat owners with the same issue. Fiat needs to step up to the plate and fix this problem. I will never buy another Fiat if I have to pay $1300 due to a bad design. The overwhelming majority of that $1300 will be in labor charges. At this point the fact that my trunk won't open has become an issue of safety. My third brakelight is out and can't be fixed without the trunk being able to open. Without the third brakelight working my car will fail inspection. This is just unacceptable to me. I'm still making payments on the car too. Just to put a fine point on this. Despite the fact that Fiat of Montgomeryville told me there was no way to open the trunk of my car manually I was able to find the emergency latch anyway. I can't say enough how disapointed I am with this dealership. I will certainly be filling a complaint with the Better Buisness Bureau. The trunk on this POS has now stopped working too. I thought chain name places like STS and Aamco was expensive, but these guys are in a new class. Took the car to get a simple repair and the car started having other problems in less than a week, but they will be happy to charge you for additional repairs (how generous). The price for their gas, which is higher by about 20% than average in the area, should have sent me some warning signs. They also nickel and dime you to death. Charges you for every little thing plus some kind of miscellaneous shop charge... that was a totally new one for me. Take your car to some place in Pennington or some where else, and get at least two opinions.
