Later, when I returned to complete the emissions inspection and get the stickers, they claimed I had to do the safety inspection again. On top of the confusion and unnecessary charges, the owner had a very rude attitude. Every time I tried to explain the situation and point out their mistake, he kept interrupting me and telling me to "keep quiet." Completely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior toward a customer. This place seems more interested in adding charges and arguing with customers than providing honest service. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. ZERO STAR.

He listens to what I have to say, takes care of it and a extremely reasonable price. After being with my first mechanic for as long as I was, I was initially worried that I could be told anything and I would not have any idea if it is right or wrong; however, Marty has never told me anything that I thought was outrageous. He was incredibly thorough -- covering mechanical issues, the value of each car, and drawing on his personal experience with the specific makes and models. He caught some costly problems that would have been far more expensive down the road (that the dealers and CarMax did not flag). Money very well spent and I highly recommend calling them first before buying a new car. I also had them come out for an oil change at home, which was extremely convenient with minimal notice needed. He was quick and professional, and without hesitation did a full walk-around to flag anything else that might need attention.
