Jake at Cycle Gear helped us pick out boots, chest protectors, knee and elbow protection, gloves, helmets and goggles. We got to the store late and I had no idea that we were still shopping 25 minutes after the store was closed. Jake never rushed us, he answered all our questions and made multiple trips to the back room to check for different sizes. When it was all done I spent a lot but HUNDREDS less than I thought I was going to. Huge selection, great prices and Jake was great. If my boys stay with this hobby I will definitely be going back to buy more equipment.

What makes the experience five stars though was the guy who came to help us, Dave. Super knowledgeable and friendly, even recommended some local restaurants to us--but when he heard what I was looking for, he told me that the correct helmet for me wasn't something they sold. Gave me directions to other shops, and suggestions on what to look for there. A salesman who will tell you when their products aren't the best ones for you is a salesman I really trust--absolutely huge shoutout. I didn't buy anything here, but learned exactly what I needed to. I also did some price comparison here versus online shopping--it's definitely a bit pricier, but not outrageously more pricy. It's in the solidly competitive region, with the bonus of getting to try it on for fit immediately, and walk out with the helmet you want.

Long story short the screws to my visor came out. Walked in, greeted by Jay and another employee. Two very happy people. Nothing but good energy. Jay assisted me in buying a helmet. He asked what I was looking for. I gave him my pointers. He went about his business, soon as I made eye contact with him anytime he would answer my questions right away. He let me try on helmets no problem. If I was deciding between 2 he gave me pros and cons about each one. Then when I went back to being lost on which one to buy he wouldn't hover over me which I liked. I like having space to think when making a larger purchase. Ended up coming to a decision quick because of his help. I also bought a Cardo headset for my helmet. He uninstalled my old headset off my old helmet so I can sell it to someone else then proceeded to install the new cardo on my new helmet. Nothing but great vibes from Jay and an amazing help today. Walked out happy. He even helped me connect my phone before leaving just to make sure I was good to go. I definitely recommend getting help from Jay on helmets if your looking to buy. Just my opinion from experience. I will be returning to buy a jacket soon.

Then got more condescending and obnoxious from there. I told him the features I wanted and he said that's it like it wasn't enough information. Then when I asked where the lever was for the visor he said it's on the left. Because when you ride a motorcycle you don't want to take you hand off the throttle like I never rode one. This was after I told him I had a HJC IS max which has the lever in the middle on top. When he handed me the box with my new 600$ helmet I said I wanted to try it on before I left. He got annoyed and said it's the same helmet you just tried on. This is after a whole 7 minutes of his time. I tried 2 helmets and said I'll take that one there was no one in the store so I don't know what his hurry was. Ive heard good things about this store which is why I went but I won't go back. I can spend less money and get insulted and abused. So after riding with the helmet for a week I realize I should have gotten the medium not the large that he insisted on. He never measured or looked at it in my head. He just said how does it feel. It says helmet experts on the sign. I would definitely disagree with that.

He's more of a motorcycle riding, classic car driving, easy going family man who knows the product sells itself, and he'll do the paperwork. There is a tremendous selection of new and used bikes so wife found the perfect , red, pre owned, low mileage Scout. She is delighted with this bike! Soon after this very satisfactory purchase, I heard the perfect, red, pre owned, low mileage Vintage Chief calling out to me! Yes, We're that couple now. His and hers Indian motorcycles.! Had to replace a rear tire soon after purchase but, that's what proper maintenance is. I recommend Cosmos as a fair and no pressure Indian Motorcycle dealer.!

If I could select ZERO stars I would!…read more I was shopping for an Indian motorcycle and found a beauty at there location... 2018 Chieftan with Stage 2 upgrade and many other upgrades. I paid CASH for it, almost $18k, and was never even offered an extended warranty. If it was included in the jumbled paperwork I signed, it was NEVER voiced to me. Long story short, the bike is a P.O.S. I bought it in May of 2025... rode it around, planned a major trip in September and took it in for service and new tires in August. Almost $1k later I was told that one oil drain plug was stripped and could not be removed. WHY? I just bought the bike! They specifically told me the service was not due because they did it prior to me buying the bike... so what they were telling me is that THEY ruined the drain plug when they did the service on it! They gave me the bike back saying they "sealed" the drain plug so I could go on my trip and told me it needed to be brought back in over the winter to be fixed. Ok... then it got worse. 300 miles from home the engine failed. I put less than 400 miles on it before my long trip and was stuck in Carlisle, PA. I called... I texted... NOTHING! They ignored me. Mind you, during the purchase process my texts were IMMEDIATELY responded to and even after we communicated when I had questions... but now that I had a problem... NOTHING! I ended up paying for a Uhaul and completed my trip, because my buddy's bike was still functional - it was a Goldwing so of course it was still working great. I chose to not go to them or contact them after I got home because frankly, I would have left the dealership in handcuffs. I cannot believe a dealership would treat someone that way. And for the record... I bought ANOTHER bike, a black 2018 Chieftan Classic, to ride this season and go on my trip in September because that 1st Chieftan is not going to get fixed any time soon (I called dealers and shops, all of which told me they could not get it in because it was the riding season and they did not want to close off a bay to work on mine). Am I crazy? Should I have stuck with Kawasaki? I put almost 45k miles on my 2011 Vaquero and NEVER had a major issue with it, NEVER! I still have a 2002 Kawi Drifter that is in perfect running condition! I did all the maintenance on them and they never required anything out of the norm. Currently I am planning on removing the engine and inspecting the lifters/push rods. If I find nothing, I don't know where to take it... I am not going to pay in excess of $2,500 just to have the engine pulled at a dealer and looked at, that's ridiculous! I would have to pay an exuberant amount of money to get a bike in running condition that I put less than 500 miles on and already spent over $18k on!?! No thank you... Pardon my French but FUCK COSMOS and if this new to me Indian gives me problems I will go back to Kawasaki! Side note: Why did they close their Trevos location? They moved to Bala Cynwyd with another motorcycle group?!?!

August 21, 2024…read more I just want to mention how much I like dealing with East Coast Cycle Center in Bensalem, Pa. I purchased a new 2023 Can-Am Spyder RT Sea to Sky. It is their top of the line reverse trike. I dealt with Mike ( Sales Manager ) and had a wonderful experience, as usual. I have purchased 6 trikes from them over the years. I keep going back because of the great service and parts department. Anything I need they will have in just a few days if not in stock. I went there today and told them that the shock that holds up the drivers seat doesn't work. It keeps falling down. The service dept said they will order the part and will install it when it comes in a few days from today. That is what I consider good service and great customer relations. When I purchased the trike Mike gave me a free drivers backrest at no charge to close the deal. That's worth $359 plus installation. The backrest arrived 4 days later and they installed it immediately. A couple months later I noticed that the right front black inner fender broke off at the lower joint. They ordered the part and again it arrive a few days later. They initial charge was $277 for the labor. It might have happened as a road hazard where something hit it, but I don't know. Mike spoke to the service department and they didn't charge me anything. I will always buy from them and recommend them to anyone who is interested in a Can-Am Spyder or any other vehicle they sell. Kudos to the owner, sales staff, service department and parts. They are the best. Gordon L. Delanco, NJ.

I'm not as happy with the service department. My first few services were uneventful, but the last one was disappointing. I spent almost $1,000 for the 12k service, rear brake pads, state inspection, and mounting of two tires that I brought in with me. 34 miles into my first ride after service I saw a pool of oil on the asphalt when I stopped, and oil splattered all over the right side of the bike and my right pants leg and boot. Brought it back (1.5 hours each way and $50 gas and tolls round trip). Service manager tried to get me to believe that they were suddenly having an issue with *faulty* head gaskets. I knew he was trying to keep the heat off his shop, so I then spoke directly with the mechanic who worked on my bike and he acknowledged that the real problem was improper installation of two o-rings, which is where all the oil leaked from. I understand that any one of us can make a mistake, but I was disappointed that the service manager did not offer some remuneration of the nearly $1,000 that I paid, especially since I had to make an extra (expensive) trip to have them fix their own error. Heck, I didn't even get an apology or an offer of a free oil change. Fortunately for me, a dealer much closer to me has started selling Piaggio products, so I no longer have to make the long drive to this dealership who cannot be counted on.

Mark lead me on a great local ride with lots of nice scenery and curves. The negotiations and pricing was easy and fair. I walked in ready to pay cash, but the offer of 0% financing was too good to pass up. I made arrangements to pick up the bike later in the month so they could install some accessories that I wanted. Every person who I dealt with (Mark, other Mark, Jeremy, Cyndi, and Tracy) were genuinely friendly and helpful. My bike was ready when I took delivery, and I was walked through all of the functions of my new bike. If you're in the market for a Guzzi, Aprilia, or Vespa, it's worth the easy drive to check out Motoplex.
