We went to Cosmo's specifically with the intent on finding a great bike for my wife. I can not address the sales floor employee as a salesman. He's more of a motorcycle riding, classic car driving, easy going family man who knows the product sells itself, and he'll do the paperwork. There is a tremendous selection of new and used bikes so wife found the perfect , red, pre owned, low mileage Scout. She is delighted with this bike! Soon after this very satisfactory purchase, I heard the perfect, red, pre owned, low mileage Vintage Chief calling out to me! Yes, We're that couple now. His and hers Indian motorcycles.! Had to replace a rear tire soon after purchase but, that's what proper maintenance is. I recommend Cosmos as a fair and no pressure Indian Motorcycle dealer.! read more

If I could select ZERO stars I would! I was shopping for an Indian motorcycle and found a beauty at there location... 2018 Chieftan with Stage 2 upgrade and many other upgrades. I paid CASH for it, almost $18k, and was never even offered an extended warranty. If it was included in the jumbled paperwork I signed, it was NEVER voiced to me. Long story short, the bike is a P.O.S. I bought it in May of 2025... rode it around, planned a major trip in September and took it in for service and new tires in August. Almost $1k later I was told that one oil drain plug was stripped and could not be removed. WHY? I just bought the bike! They specifically told me the service was not due because they did it prior to me buying the bike... so what they were telling me is that THEY ruined the drain plug when they did the service on it! They gave me the bike back saying they "sealed" the drain plug so I could go on my trip and told me it needed to be brought back in over the winter to be fixed. Ok... then it got worse. 300 miles from home the engine failed. I put less than 400 miles on it before my long trip and was stuck in Carlisle, PA. I called... I texted... NOTHING! They ignored me. Mind you, during the purchase process my texts were IMMEDIATELY responded to and even after we communicated when I had questions... but now that I had a problem... NOTHING! I ended up paying for a Uhaul and completed my trip, because my buddy's bike was still functional - it was a Goldwing so of course it was still working great. I chose to not go to them or contact them after I got home because frankly, I would have left the dealership in handcuffs. I cannot believe a dealership would treat someone that way. And for the record... I bought ANOTHER bike, a black 2018 Chieftan Classic, to ride this season and go on my trip in September because that 1st Chieftan is not going to get fixed any time soon (I called dealers and shops, all of which told me they could not get it in because it was the riding season and they did not want to close off a bay to work on mine). Am I crazy? Should I have stuck with Kawasaki? I put almost 45k miles on my 2011 Vaquero and NEVER had a major issue with it, NEVER! I still have a 2002 Kawi Drifter that is in perfect running condition! I did all the maintenance on them and they never required anything out of the norm. Currently I am planning on removing the engine and inspecting the lifters/push rods. If I find nothing, I don't know where to take it... I am not going to pay in excess of $2,500 just to have the engine pulled at a dealer and looked at, that's ridiculous! I would have to pay an exuberant amount of money to get a bike in running condition that I put less than 500 miles on and already spent over $18k on!?! No thank you... Pardon my French but FUCK COSMOS and if this new to me Indian gives me problems I will go back to Kawasaki! Side note: Why did they close their Trevos location? They moved to Bala Cynwyd with another motorcycle group?!?! read more

I Bought a new one!! I upgraded a bit to the 2024 Indian Chieftain Dark Horse. I won't bore everyone with some of the unforeseen issues I ran into but believe me when I tell you that Cosmos made it right! Love Cosmo Indian Motorcycle. Bought a leftover 2016 Chieftain here, and was happy with the experience. Low pressure but informative environment, what the sales rep doesn't know the shop staff does. Gave me plenty of space to make a decision. Always available for test rides. Shop staff, especially Jimmy is knowledgeable and always willing to help you out and provide advice. Had a heel shifter installed while I waited....took less than half an hour total time, and the shop staff helped me be sure I was happy with the fit. read more

OK Place to purchase a Motorcycle (as it relates to purchase price), but, wrought through with deception and unfair business practice. Service Dept. damaged/scratched chrome on my New '17 Indian and did a substandard installation of a radio on my bike very poorly (messy exposed wiring unlike what was discussed prior to work commencing), also, left front tank screw (cross-threaded) causing tank to vibrate off and flop on group ride (when Service Dir. was questioned about tank wobble after completion of service he replied, "They all do that". This later had to be re- Tapped&Died to get the tank and Instrument Cluster remounted properly, This was a Blatant Lack of the most remote mechanical ability, and they even tried to hide there "piss-poor" craftsmanship and mask it out as something else! Then over charged for service above quoted price (Seriously???). There solution: Give me (2) two new parts a refund, and then tell me they don't want to service my bike again after I spent upwards of $30 K in their shop in Purchase, Accessories, and Apparel (even though I referred sales business their way, helped them anyway I could, etc). BTW we also don't want you in our IMRG (Rider's Group) anymore even though you were Secretary so don't come back! Sales/F&I Mgr.: "If you come back on the property we will have the Police here for you the entire time your here & You'll be talking to me through our lawyer". Re: me complaining to corporate and sending out a truthful email as to why I was ousted as IMRG Chapter Secretary. I was labeled a "Loose Cannon" and other things. Whatever you do do not accept responsibility for your shortcomings as a Dealer and try to be better employees, What a Joke! If you take your Bike there for service beware, Jimmy P. is a Butcher better suited to go work in "The Meat Store" around the corner on Street Rd. as he treats your $25K+ Ride like a glorified Go-Kart! Take Pics of your Bike before you give it to service for repair and inspect for damages before you leave the facility (even if they fill out a "subjective" inspection form)! Get all your Service Work Order Request Price Quotes in writing before you allow them to commence work on your bike! I wouldn't let these Service Techs Paint my Outhouse. I'm getting back into riding and want an american motorcycle with my new found patriotism and love of our country. Owned many different bikes but always liked the looks of the Indians. Stopped at local HD dealer who was friendly but tried to sell me a bike that day, or at least get a deposit from me. Really? I told them I wanted to comparison shop to see what I liked best. They bad mouthed every other brand and said riding Indian was like riding a 2 wheeled snowmobile. I guess that was a jab a Polaris since they manufacture a variety of power sports equipment including owning Indian. I replied that me formerly owing a 1980 Electra Glide was like riding a bowling ball since AMF owned and built Harleys from 1969-1981. Out the door I went and made my way to Cosmos. I'm glad to see a local Indian dealer here but guys, get a better location nearby! Anyway, the entire staff was very friendly and informative. Showed me the various models, explained the features, offered a demo, and explained current incentives. I told them I was not able to buy now but will be in the Spring, they said okay fine, no problem. When I mentioned I was considering a Harley too, they actually said they manufacture great bikes, as do Yamaha, Honda, and Kawasaki. Now here's why I really am coming back...they told me to research the bikes I like, visit dealerships and take demo rides, then come back and ride the Indian I like at Cosmos. They were confident the Indian would sell itself. Bang for the buck, I really think Indian hit a home run. I didn't have the time for a demo but I will certainly be back in the Spring. Great staff with no pressure sales-a testament to the Indian brand. It felt like I was in a family owned small business instead of a dealership franchise.
