Veteran Price-Gouged $1,900 for One Week - Disgraceful…read more If I could put ZERO stars I would. As a U.S. military veteran, I've dealt with my fair share of tough situations, but nothing prepared me for the blatant price gouging I experienced with this towing company. My car was held for just one week, and they charged me $1,900 -- yes, you read that right. No clear breakdown, no explanation that made sense -- just an inflated bill and a rude attitude when I questioned it. They showed zero respect or empathy, even after I explained I was a veteran just trying to get my vehicle back. This company is clearly preying on people when they're most vulnerable. The lot was disorganized, customer service was beyond unprofessional, and the whole process felt like a scam wrapped in a legitimate business license. To treat anyone like this is wrong -- to treat a veteran this way is disgraceful. Avoid this place like the plague.

I informed our salesman that we had a hard stop at 4:15 to return to NJ to pick up our daughter. Also we took an Uber to the dealership so we could drive the purchase home. When we threatened to leave the sales manager came out. He was abrasive to say the least. My two favorite comments were. What did you think was gonna happen your not buying a toaster. Next comment was we are not a McDonalds drive through. Well I guess you are not focused on your customers either. I would suggest if you value customer service that you find another dealership for your automotive needs. I have already located a comparable vehicle 2k cheaper.

On the first occasion they told me to check with my insurance company first, and on the second occasion told me to check with my dealership, stating that they suspect the issue is covered by some sort of warranty. Their advice were correct on both occasions - following their advice saved me a lot of money on the repairs, even though they lost the business by turning me away. Based on these experience I consider this shop as very honest and have continued to use them through out the years. Their prices for routine stuff like oil change and state inspections, as well as other repairs, are much cheaper than my dealership. They also have a quicker turn around time and do offer rides if you ask them. The employees have been courteous in all the times I've dealt with them. I would certainly recommend trying them out the next time you have an issue with your vehicle.
