I visited a few motorcycle stores in the area and then West Chester Cycles. Mike, the owner, was very helpful and spent the time to inform/educate me on the pros and cons of a dirt bike vs. an ATV for my situation. Based on his recommendation, I bought an ATV from him which works great. He is a very down to earth helpful and an honest guy. He delivered on his promises (delivery, specs, price for ATV and delivery date) and was quite accommodating. He really takes pride in providing good honest helpful customer service. He always promptly returned my calls and e-mails. Additionally, I had a go-kart that was not working so Mike picked it up when he delivered my ATV and brought the non-working go-kart back to his shop and fixed it. He then delivered it about a week later fully working like new and charged a reasonable price. I will definitely return to West Chester Cycles for any maintenance of existing vehicles or any new purchases. I'm very happy with my experience and highly recommend West Chester Cycles.
