a few years ago I brought a bike and it kept shutting off.. so we brought it to Steve's shop and he actually fixed the problem but sadly must've created a new one because I picked up the bike and only rode it for a few hours and it started making this horrible clicking/knocking noise.. I broght it back to his shop and long story short he kept it for. about two years it was impossbile to get ahold of him .. I left countless messages and still couldn't connect... long story short he tried making me pay for another motor about $2000 to get my bike back after paying a few thousand for two bikes two get fixed the same week... mine breaks the first ride after he fixed it ... I'm pretty sure they drained the oil and never put any in there and I didn't check i got home which could be my fault but at the same time you would think a shop would take accountability especially when you just spend more than $3000 at the shop less than a week ago and my bike doesn't work after leaving your shop.. but when I tell you that was by far the worst shop experience ever it was.. and I was just checking in 2025 if the shop still works like that because you can see previous reviews where's he's done the same thing to people and it's honestly crazy. that bike still sits till this day cause or this shop.. I don't want to go more in a hole so yea just checking if the shop still operates unprofessional or have they gotten their stuff together. Very unprofessional, I dropped off a scooter for a friend and basically got a call back that the work was done, 12hrs of mechanical labor & the bottom line was a valve adjustment, a battery, and no parts The scooter is worth about 300.00 He never called to give an estimate, he called me,not the scooters owner to tell me he was giving me a break, 650.00 on a 12hr valve job! I thought a valve job was prorated in hours, maybe 2 or 3hrs? Now it's down to 350.00 including the battery, he has a way of making himself sound generous! I actually gave him a good review the day I dropped it off, obviously I should have been reading reviews instead of writing one! read more

Good guys and great work. I even recently asked if they could help me out with an some custom fabrication for a trailer. They turned the work around quickly and the quality was awesome. Reading some of the other reviews it seems like people may have had unrealistic expectations and/or are not familiar with the cost of custom work. I felt the labor rate was more than reasonable and given the outcome of my experiences, I will definitely be a returning customer. read more

I brought Steve Rullo my 1978 Honda CB400 and asked for what I thought was an pretty easy set of modifications. The bike was months behind schedule and only after I picked it up and paid a king's ransom did I notice some of the most amateur b.s. Mickey Mouse work I've ever seen in 35 years of owning vehicles. Do yourself a favor: NEVER TAKE YOUR BIKE HERE, EVER! You're better off flushing your money down a toilet. If I could give them zero stars, l would. Vastly overcharging for sub-par work. Rullo Cycles is the most unprofessional shop I have ever been to. They're work is questionable at best and their customer service is non-existent. They had my bike in the shop for 2 months for work that I requested. They were supplied with parts for a headlight casing and HID install and never installed the HID kit. Upon inspection of the headlight install, none on the wires were hidden like they were when I brought the bike in. I was also not given a single update/ call in the 2 months of them having my bike. In addition, when asked to diagnose an engine issue, the owner claimed he had ridden the bike multiple times with no similar issues. Once parked at my house, the bike started up with the same issue that "could not be duplicated" at the shop. I will never take my bike to Rullo Cycles again. read more

I brought in some raw materials in from a customer of mine to have Steve fabricate a motor shaft. I was given an up front estimate and lead time, both which met my customer's requirements. Steve even recommended some additional fabrication to minimize the waste and both my customer and I were stunned that he would go above an beyond to suggest that since most fabricators will give you exactly what you ask for and either scrap the unused portion or put it into their inventory. Steve's kind mild manner business approach was much appreciated and welcomed in a field where you don't expect it. I received a call from him a day early letting me know my parts were done. Upon picking up my parts Steve had them neatly and safely packed, in addition each fabricated part was clean and wiped down for installation immediately. I highly recommend Steve and Rullo Custom Cycles for any of your fabrication and motor cycle needs. read more

That's very nice for you to say all these things about your business but the fact is you didn't stand behind your work when you did my bike and I almost got killed because my grip came off after I came back 3 times for you to fix it right so with all that said I have it I am entitled to write a review I have a right to return a cable my receipt said I could and after I brought the cable back you said oh you must have the wrong receipts because we discontinue those those receipts then you tell me its a special order, you want to tell somebody it's a special order when it's not you just did not want to do the refund ordered the cable so when somebody comes back and says hey the cable didn't fit I guess that's how you get out of refunding or making things right my experience there was mediocre I just keep on smiling and you might have thought that I will satisfied its just that I give people a chance but when I called rullos from New Jersey after the grip came off and seemed to be no concern that had happened to me that made me feel like you didn't gave a damn and that is why I wrote my review, I smile and I don't let too many things get me down but when it comes to my life that's a whole different story sorry you're mad about my review but the truth is the truth. This is just my opinion and experience with Rullo Custom Cycles everyone else can choose for themselves( there is more concern being shown about the review then there was about what happened to me Wow ) I'm done no more reviews from me concerning this issue its done and over with as far as I'm concerned good luck with your business and God bless read more
