I didn't have a copy of my insurance card; the young lady was kind enough to print a copy for me from my online policy. I had a daytime running light that had been out of service for weeks. I fully expected to pay for that in addition to the cost of inspection. Apparently the wiring was loose so I was not charged. In today's environment that level of honesty is extraordinary. I will continue to patronise Reliable Auto and recommend them to everyone I know!

I seriously don't know why this shop here with all of the guys in there you would think that they know what their doing But they don't. I took my car over there and the had things stolen from my car, charged me thousands in cash for my e break tires and dash and inspection and all of these test to be done but when I gotten my car. it was as if they did nothing. E brake still doesn't work lights still up on the dash, buttons that worked before no longer work now. & then on top of the charge extra for parts that were stolen when it was in the possession don't trust this shop especially the employees&their prices or their work.

They kept me in the loop with their recommendations and didn't hit me with any surprises to be billed for. They made recommendations (for my caliper to eventually be replaced) but, this didn't stop me from passing the inspection. Today, I was in out of my area and realized I was a few miles short of an oil change. While driving…read moreup 422, I saw a place with a giant sign out front that boasted a 15 minute oil change. Since I'm a girl who doesn't like to wait around, 15 minutes isn't bad for an oil change. So I walk in, ready to get my service. I stood there for at least 5 full minutes while the secretary at the desk took a personal phone call. About 3 minutes in, I was acknowledged but it was still another minute or two before I was asked about why I came in. She takes my keys and I sit down in the waiting area. A few minutes later, one of the service guys comes in. He shows me my air filter, tells me it's dirty (and it definitely was), and asked if he wanted me to replace it (adding that everything else in my car looked great). I asked how much it would cost and he tells me $10.00 for the part and no additional labor, so I let him do it. Then I don't see my car for about 1/2 an hour, maybe a little longer...I pay and leave. Once I get into my car, I realize that the boy who did the service on my car also took the liberty of vacuuming out my car (which ironically was what I was going to do after the oil change). It is a little pricey for an oil change ($34.95), but usually the service can't be beat. (And usually there is a nicer older gentleman running the desk who is much more pleasant.) Alas, it will be awhile before my Ford finds herself parked in this garage again. There are much cheaper places nearby. Get rid of the desk lady and maybe, just maybe I'll come back.

Despite that, they recommended replacing both transmission sensors for nearly $1,000, even though they couldn't confirm either sensor was bad. I suggested additional driving to fully warm the vehicle, but the issue still couldn't be replicated. They asked to keep the car another day, which I declined due to a lack of confidence in the diagnostic process. I was also charged a $24 environmental fee that was not explained when I paid over the phone. Customer service was polite, but the diagnostics felt incomplete and leaned toward replacing parts without confirmation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop.
