I had originally made an appointment through the Pep Boys site for 4 new tires to be changed after they were delivered from Tire Rack. I called in to confirm the appointment and they said they could not do that time, so I rescheduled 2 days later for 1 PM. When I came in the guy working the desk had no idea what I was talking about even though I had done the same thing twice with their store in the previous years. When they finally located the tires I was told it would be about 3 hours for change and alignment. While I was waiting they were playing some stupid sounds on their phone and complaining that workers were taking breaks without telling them. I decided to get a ride home and waited. When I had left at around 1:30 PM they still had not even brought the truck into the bay. Since I wasn't given the courtesy of a call to tell me they were running behind, 4 hours later I called and they said their workers had been taking breaks which was causing the delay and had just got the tires off and that I also needed new brake pads., which turned out to be false since they were actually talking about a completely different car. I told them to cancel the alignment and I would have someone else do it. That and I had gone through this site and read all the nightmare reviews from other customers. The truck was finally done 5 hours after the original appointment time for merely changing 4 tires. I would give this place below zero stars if I could and will never ever use it again. 5 HOURS TO PUT ON NEW TIRES IS COMPLETELY INEXCUSABLE!

Brought my 2020 Jeep Gladiator in for an alignment. Dropped it off the night before an 8 AM…read moreappointment--wasn't touched until late afternoon. I paid extra for a custom alignment and asked for 6° caster. Tech didn't understand and I was told "he doesn't like working on Jeeps." The real issue: they used a pipe wrench on my brand-new $1,200 aftermarket steering components--which adjust by hand--leaving deep gouges and scratches. I took great care during install to preserve their finish and that was completely ruined. When I got home, I checked the alignment myself. The caster was set to 22°, dangerously out of spec, and the tie rod and draglink ends were set opposite of parallel. Steering wheel wasn't even straight. I now have to pay another shop to fix their work. I have photo and video evidence of everything. Completely unprofessional. Avoid this location.

When confronted, they admitted the mistake but refused to take any responsibility or offer compensation. Instead, they gaslit me by blaming "pre-existing issues" and hid behind the vehicle's history to avoid paying for their screw-up. Corporate couldn't care less -- no apology, no rental car, nothing. I will NEVER go back to Mavis, and I strongly warn anyone thinking of using them to RUN in the opposite direction. This place is a nightmare for your car and your peace of mind.

He said to call the guy who sold him the tired to get warranty because "he pay for it as new" So I did, I have messages from where he bought it stating he new it was a old used tire and even asked for a discount because of the missing chunk on tire tread. He paid 250$ or less for the USED tire and sold to me as new. I will give him credit for coming at night time and getting me out of the road. Raised to Meineke corporate and they passed off as the decision of the franchise owner so they were no use as well. This has been going on since September ....I spent over $750 on the exhaust repair but was only pursuing ~ $145 credit the for muffler warranty. The Manager refused to answer emails or; as he was supposedly instructed ,provide me direct contact to the the franchise owner to work this out. Our family has had numerous vehicles and 3 exhausts replaced at this site over the years .... I will never use another Meineke site again.

Dan and his crew are truly the honest mechanics that you can't find anymore. Besides being excellent mechanics with huge skillsets, they will honestly tell you what is going on with your vehicle, how much/how long it will take, and what you could probably get away with on not fixing to save some money. I've saved so much money and aggravation throughout the years entrusting my vehicles (and ultimately, the safety of my family) to Dan. Additionally, if there's an issue that they're not able to resolve, they've always recommended me to someone with a similar character and skillset to them - someone else just as trustworthy.
