I would expect a man to honor his promise regardless of my lack of attention and honor the verbal agreement. He did not. Due to this I have purchased all of my optional equipment, water, sewer filtration, etc elsewhere (over $1,000). Even worse the review on Amazon all say the same thing, "These parts are defective". I reached out to Dorman for support, and they denied it. The only thing they told me is they would let someone know there is a reported issue. It's bad enough you charge $50 for $4 worth of plastic, but can you make a reliable part that is as good as the OEM? The answer is clearly no and when consumers reach out to you directly, you could at least try to show some class, compassion or courtesy, otherwise they end up leaving Yelp reviews and reporting you to consumer agencies in hopes that you get the message that you have a garbage part that is causing UNDUE harm. They should change their name to Doormat. That is clearly how they see the customer base.
