To make matters worse, the GM, Mr. Holden, insulted me personally by telling me I shouldn't own an RV if I couldn't afford maintenance fees. Add this: Overall the experience was as expected. Sales,…read moreservice and after sale training experience were well presented for my second purchase. My big issue is with the integrity of the sales manager (maybe) who forfeited all integrity like a used car salesman with me at final delivery. Randy had offered a show discount on multiple occasions during the negotiation process and presented an offer. This was not included and I had missed this in the at show proposal. I questioned it at pickup and he completely denied the offer and only referenced the proposal document. I would expect a man to honor his promise regardless of my lack of attention and honor the verbal agreement. He did not. Due to this I have purchased all of my optional equipment, water, sewer filtration, etc elsewhere (over $1,000). I will not be recommending campers inn of Philadelphia or returning to them other than for warranty purposes which I will be closely watching.

Do not use this person who works on markup and made good money on my part, but refused to have it overnighted to my location and made me call him several times to get status on this item. 4. The part was broken and my two week waiting period flushed.

When it arrived I was very impressed with the quality of not only the part but the packaging as well. Everything was individually wrapped in its own box within a box "2 electric fans, a fan shroud and of course the radiator. My only complaint is that I wish that they supplied the male end of fan connector for ease of wiring it up. Otherwise it's a great product.

Due to either their manufacturing process or lack of product testing I've now blown through my cold case radiator 3 times in less the 3 years consistently leaking on the side welding points. They say Lifetime warranty but I expect a radiator to last more than 5 yrs considering I don't do a ton of highway driving, each time charging me for shipping which has now cost me more than the radiators original price. The only thing they told me is they would let someone know there is a reported issue. It's bad enough you charge $50 for $4 worth of plastic, but can you make a reliable part that is as good as the OEM? The answer is clearly no and when consumers reach out to you directly, you could at least try to show some class, compassion or courtesy, otherwise they end up leaving Yelp reviews and reporting you to consumer agencies in hopes that you get the message that you have a garbage part that is causing UNDUE harm. They should change their name to Doormat. That is clearly how they see the customer base.
