Do not use this person who works on markup and made good money on my part, but refused to have it overnighted to my location and made me call him several times to get status on this item. 4. Even worse the review on Amazon all say the same thing, "These parts are defective". I reached out to Dorman for support, and they denied it. The only thing they told me is they would let someone know there is a reported issue. It's bad enough you charge $50 for $4 worth of plastic, but can you make a reliable part that is as good as the OEM? The answer is clearly no and when consumers reach out to you directly, you could at least try to show some class, compassion or courtesy, otherwise they end up leaving Yelp reviews and reporting you to consumer agencies in hopes that you get the message that you have a garbage part that is causing UNDUE harm. They should change their name to Doormat. That is clearly how they see the customer base.
