The price was adjusted upward 400% from comparable parts but I paid it because I needed it. 3. I drove 20 miles to pick it up only to discover that it was broken with a golf ball sized part of the box missing, still apparently worth 400% markup. My sales person was Brian Meddings. Do not use this person who works on markup and made good money on my part, but refused to have it overnighted to my location and made me call him several times to get status on this item. 4. The part was broken and my two week waiting period flushed.

Paint drips and pin holes in the paint job. Huge scratch in the plastic trim on the exterior around my tire. The headliner wasn't smoothed under the frayed edge was showing as well as gaps in the headliner where it wasn't pulled tight and it was completely dirty with finger prints and marks. The rubber around the inside of my passenger window wasn't on correctly it was sagging in spots. My rear driver side door was not on correctly so my car would not lock and the alarm kept sounding on my dashboard that my door was ajar. The shop claimed they didn't realize the door wasn't on correctly! Are you deaf and blind? You pulled it up to the front, how did u not see the alert! Did you not review the car before you called me to pick it up. I can't believe they even had the audacity to call me with the car finished in this shape. They should be embarrassed! It doesn't even look like they vacuumed it out for me, all the fine dust is still in my carpet and vents. Needless to say they will be fixing it until they get it right.

They charged me over $700 to replace it & when I went to pick it up, the mirror they had put on my car was clearly from a junk yard--the paint finish didn't even match. I asked them to order me the NEW mirror that I paid for & slightly embarrassed, they said they would. I took my car again, & when I picked it up, they simply had spray painted the junkyard mirror and put it back on. it's not even the correct size--the enclosure doesn't even snap closed. They charge for new and salvage from junkyards. TOTAL HACKS.

I didn't get notified of the diagnosis until 4pm and couldn't get my car back until the next day. The humming noise could not be identified and suggested I change a tie rod. I thought this was the issue. I called on Tuesday morning to get an estimated time to pick up my car I was told 3pm. I arrived on time at 3pm since I had to get to work that evening, I was charged for the tie rod and sent on my way. Driving back home, I noticed the humming sound was still there and even louder. I looked at the repair bill and it stayed that the humming sound was possibly from the rear differential and could cost upwards of 2k dollars, I was shocked they didn't tell me this in person when I picked up the car. I called to get more information on this and they told me they could not exactly point out the source of the humming sound and that they were only 70% sure it was the rear differential. For 2k I wasn't sure if I could trust them to do the repairs given my experience so far. I'm very disappointed with the lack of communication and lack of solution finding to the problem I walked in with. About an hour later, I didn't feel safe with the car driving as is and called back asking to go ahead with the rear differential repair. They told me that they will shop around for parts and give me a call back. It is now Thursday and have not heard back from the shop. Terrible service. Go somewhere else
