They kept the shop open past when they typically close to accommodate us, quickly diagnosed the issue, and then Tom drove us in his own truck to a nearby hotel to wait out the repair. I had always heard good things about this place (once I finally, years ago, learned that it was a tire and service place and not an ice cream shop ), but never had the opportunity to go....until today. They were so kind, professional, and super-fast! Thankfully I just needed a patch repair from a nail, which didn't cost much at all. The gentleman who helped me patiently explained their beeper system since I was a newbie (first beep to drive up to the bay, and the next to either talk to service or pay at the cashier) and enrolled me in their rewards program. I got a tire rotation in the regular garage and had an alignment in their other garage. The…read moreservices were ok but as soon as driving away I felt something weird with the steering wheel. I pulled over and saw there was visible scratches and striations on the steering wheel. I went back and they said at the alignment place they weren't sure what happened and the other side they said they would fix it. Obviously the scratches were white and fresh on the steering wheel so you can tell it just happened. Later I realized it looked like a big key ring must have been under the wheel. I thought at first it must have been a ring but there are parallel scratches. They later said they would refuse to fix it. My car is practically new. Very disheartening. I'll never go to this location again. Update: My alignment is very bad. When I take my hands off the steering wheel my car severely swerves off the road to the right. Really bad. Now I have to deal with their alignment people who damaged my steering wheel. All around a very bad experience.

BOY am i glad i did. my wheels were so unbalanced the whole car shook from 30 up and at 75 was unbearable. this is my only tire balancing shop now. or mounting tires shop. YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU WENT HERE FIRST instead of some chain tire shop with totally inexperienced employees.
