For the past 4 years since I've located my Allstate insurance business in Bath, PA, both my fiancee and I've had great experiences.... no scams and no unnecessary work.... just fast repairs and maintenance at very fair prices. Rob and Charlie are the best mechanics. I recommend them highly.

(The resulting clacking sound could indicate engine damage.) They tried to blame it on my engine burning too much oil but this has never been the case with my former garage. The person I spoke with was condescending, not believing and not at all interested in the possibility that I could have a valid opinion. Won't go back. I said "mixed proficiency" because I'd gone to them once in the past and it was fine - that wasn't an oil change, however. I'm very glad I was able to go back to my former garage and that I have that experience for comparison. I would say that they are on the defensive about their work, also that they have a greedy mentality, charging for "loaner" cars. Customer value is number 1 and along with that, valuing what your customer has to say about their experience.

Professionalism, Knowledge, skill, and price. I moved from Brooklyn, NY to Bethlehem 13 years ago and unfortunately it took 10 years before I found Steve and Rick at Aluminodi Customs. I have worked with other shops in the area, (franchise's and independents) but none have come close to the service at A.C. I've had worked done from annual inspections to major engine repairs and have been extremely satisfied with everything from beginning to end with the entire process. They have always explain the problem clearly and worked to lower the cost as much as possible. If your looking for a very honest repair shop that you can trust to inform you of what is necessary to fix your vehicle right the first time, at a very fair price, then I wouldn't think twice about bringing your vehicle to Aluninodi Customs.

Thank goodness I had them look it over, because the vehicle wasn't even able to pass inspection. Making matters worse, the front lower ball joints were damaged, making it unsafe to drive. It was a very disappointing and sobering experience, nearly being ripped off by a sleazy used car dealer. I've included a copy of the inspection report as well.
