We brought our vehicle to be inspected here on the 28th of April which was a Tuesday. Come Friday we still hadn't heard anything back and figured they hadn't finished yet or just didn't get around to calling us back. Come Monday, my husband called to ask what was going on with our vehicle and they STILL had not even started working on the car (that was supposed to be completed the previous week.) After ANOTHER week of waiting for a phone call, we AGAIN called them on Friday now (11 days after dropping our vehicle off) for them to tell us it was ready... no one bothered to contact us or let us know the vehicle was ready. They then proceeded to tell us the cost was now $200 MORE than they initially stated. Cleary, we were a bit irritated at this point and curious as to why we were not contacted and made aware that this was now going to be an additional $200. My husband called them back to ask why the cost was significantly higher than we were told and what all had to be done for it to increase to that extent and their "professional" answer to this UNDERSTANDABLE question was, "well, we can charge you MORE if you'd like." Absolutely ZERO customer service, ZERO professionalism and we will NOT be returning. We will also make sure it is known to friends and family that the quality of professionalism at this business is close to none. In no way, shape or form was my husband ever RUDE or LOUD with any of the gentleman in the office on the phone and I am highly disappointed a business in our town treats their customers in this fashion.

One star is too many! They fixed major hail damage and it took them 5 weeks. That would have been…read morefine had I gotten my brand new 2014 Escape back in beautiful condition. Paint drips and pin holes in the paint job. Huge scratch in the plastic trim on the exterior around my tire. The headliner wasn't smoothed under the frayed edge was showing as well as gaps in the headliner where it wasn't pulled tight and it was completely dirty with finger prints and marks. The rubber around the inside of my passenger window wasn't on correctly it was sagging in spots. My rear driver side door was not on correctly so my car would not lock and the alarm kept sounding on my dashboard that my door was ajar. The shop claimed they didn't realize the door wasn't on correctly! Are you deaf and blind? You pulled it up to the front, how did u not see the alert! Did you not review the car before you called me to pick it up. I can't believe they even had the audacity to call me with the car finished in this shape. They should be embarrassed! It doesn't even look like they vacuumed it out for me, all the fine dust is still in my carpet and vents. Needless to say they will be fixing it until they get it right.
