Brought our Volvo S60 to Wahoud to have the instrument panel repaired. We had another shop attempt…read moreto repair it but they failed. Wahoud was excellent and repaired the car with no drama. Ismail kept us informed and was very pleasant. I highly recommend Wahoud for Volvo repairs.

I purchased a 2004 Volvo XC 70. The car was having electrical problems and I couldn't figure it out…read moremyself. I knew it was nothing serious, most likely a burnout relay and or fuse. On this particular car, all of the relays and modules are in hard to reach places not accessible without a lift. After wahoud inspected the car, I spoke with the owner who refused to tell me what was wrong with the car and or provide me with a detailed estimate for the repairs needed. The owner, told me he did not provide detailed estimates for repairs, that his customer simply told him to do the work, nothing more. This man was visibly angry that I was asking him questions about the repair for some strange reason. He threw out a quote of $2500-$3000 for repairs but refused to tell me what repairs were needed? Needless to say, I tried to picked up my vehicle the very next day only to learn that, the owner had moved my vehicle into the back of the property so that I could not access my vehicle. He could've simply told me this on the phone when we spoke, but he failed to mention that he was now in a full possession of my vehicle until I paid his inspection fee of $150. Can you believe this? This man had no concern for my vehicle or me, he simply wanted money from me, knowing that I would have to spend more money, towing it to another shop in order to have it repaired but he wanted to get his cash first. Long story short, I purchased a used module online, had it shipped to my home, made the repairs myself in lesson a half hour and the car has been running great since. This man wanted to charge me $3000 for a repair he could have made in less than 10 minutes. On top of all of that, he refused to tell me what needed to be done, I had to research on my own to figure it out.
