When the pizza finally arrived, it was good. But 2.5 hours for delivery of pizza is kinda insane when the pizza place wasn't far from our location. 3 stars for the pizza being good. This has always been our go to spot for pizza in flagstaff when we come up, but the service and workers are rude and clueless not to mention they charged a ridiculous service fee for absolutely nothing and didn't say anything about it before we sat down and served ourselves. Over $12 for a service fee because of one large, one small pizza and an appetizer? I get paying a service fee for dine in and being waited on, but for take out and having to constantly get up to ask for things that were missing doesn't seem right. read more

A must hit place while in Flagstaff!! When I asked my brother, a Flagstaff resident, where I "had to eat" while in Flagstaff, he instantly said, Fratellis! We wandered in not really sure what we wanted but quickly decided on an advertised special $14 for a medium pizza, two drinks and breaksticks. The breadsticks were fresh, tasty and quite hot! The marinara (our chose over cheese dip or ranch) was the perfect touch for them. Our pizza arrived piping hot, right out of the oven and we devoured it. The cheese was perfect - gooey, tasty, thick and not oozing grease. The crust was just the perfect thickness with the perfect crunch and tasted great when dipped in our left over marinara. I usually shy away from pizza because the heavy greasy feeling in my stomach later that night is not worth it, but Fratellis left nothing but warm goodness in my tummy. Dang good pie and the Sweet Chili Wings are off the chain. Family and I ordered some pies and wings to go on a weekend night and were happy with our experience and grub. The restaurant was fairly busy but staff were outgoing and helpful. We grabbed our food and took the twenty minute drive home. Even with a little drive, the pizza and wings were still warm enough. The meat and cheese pizzas were flavorful and the crust just right. The two types of BBQ wings were just okay in my book but those Sweet Chili Wings, they were yummy. Would definitely head back just for those. Overall, glad my family picked this spot when looking for some pizza and wings and would recommend them to friends. dont order the spicy T-ravs cause you won't get them, this is the third time we call in our order, order them and after we paid go to pick up our order and is told they didn't get the spicy ones in their shipment today so they have known the whole day and still let us order and pay for them. I placed an online order for pick up and tipped $20 on my online bill. I went in to go pick up the pizza and asked the cashier if she gets to keep the online tips because she was amazing at her job. She said her boss keeps online tips and I couldn't believe it. I've never been so disgusted by a business owner in my life but this one really made my stomach turn. Every pizza I get, never enough toppings. 1 tomato slice and a floret of broccoli on the whole pizza? If you are hurting that bad, shut down. Tried it again: same. The lack of toppings is sad. Fratelli's gets a two thumbs up from me as well as all of Flagstaff apparently. I think they have won the best of Flagstaff award every year for 11 years and it's not hard to see why. It is one of those pizza joints in flag that has stuck around because it can deliver (no pun intended...well maybe a little bit:) My wife and I usually opt for the Margherita. It has some serious flavor and can make your day when you get that pizza craving that you can't shake. Fratelli's has a cool atmosphere and most importantly it has the football games on. I usually settle into a booth with a pitcher and a pie and yell at the tv for 3 hours. My kiddos love it as well and I can certainly appreciate how the owners participate in local events and charities. Local participation from business owners in Flagstaff hold a special place in my heart. If you are in a rush grab it to go and if you want to plan a super cool dine in night. Ask them about the take home pizza. They give you some dough loads of cheese and you pay for toppings. Way cool idea just don't expect it to taste like the restaurant of course. read more

Ordered a pizza at 544 PM went to pick it up as per 45 min time on website. They apologized saying they got busy ( didn't look that busy compared to other times I've been in there). However, they didn't start the ticket until 632 (?) order was texted ready at 655 went to get it at 711 PM, so that story didn't jive. Girl went to back to get it, couldn't find it. Manager finally went back found it offering same cursory apology. Pizza was alright but not worth two trips to get it. They need to fix their on-line system and emphasize that they will send a text out if it is delayed. I'll try NiMarcos next time. read more

Fratellis is our favorite pizza place in Flagstaff. We love: -The crust is chewy and has that pizza parlor flavor to it. If you ask me crust is what divides good from great pizza. -Service is always really nice and quick. We are always greeted really warmly, and the staff is always helpful when we have questions. -they always have different "slices of the week" -my son loves it - he says: "if you eat the building it tastes like pizza" I wouldn't advise that myself, though, you should probably take his word for it -salads are great and the veggies are fresh -you can see into the kitchen and check out the pizza process -price is totally reasonable and slices are good-sized -pizza never feels greasy or heavy - the crust isn't spongy and this helps. This pizza is amazing you need to go here. The crust is perfectly crisp and a perfect amount of sauce and cheese and it's everything you want in a Pizza. Loved it! We had a group of 12, and after a quick survey, everyone gave Fratelli's five stars. (Granted we were all very hungry after a long horseback riding trip, but still...) The antipasta salad was one of the best I have ever eaten. I would go back and just order that. It was filled with all things yummy, including artichoke hearts, green AND black olives, pepperocinis, cheese and all sorts of italian meats and other things. - The Great White pizza was also perfect. In Flagstaff to escape the Phoenix heat for the weekend. Googled this place and folks seem to claim its the best pizza spot in town. Ummm. No. I got the hand tossed meat lovers. Ohmygoodness, so good! Came in from out of town, and my local family took us here. We each got something different, and we were all equally impressed. I got the Flagstaff special pizza, and changed it up to a red sauce instead of the pesto, and it was beyond incredible. The cheesesticks, both with and without pesto, were great as well. Thin dough, crispy crust, delicious and full of flavor! The staff was awesome, and so very friendly! I came to Fratelli Pizza the night before a big hike to Mt. Humphries Peak in Flagstaff, AZ. I needed something with substantial carbs, but I needed some protein balance. My friend gave an idea of getting a pizza with either chicken. When you come to the front, you order the pizza, apps, and drinks. We custom made our pizza with chicken, onions, and jalapenos. Half of the pizza came with BBQ sauce and the other half came with a garlic olive white sauce. The great thing is we were able to do half and half even with the sauces. I was quite impressed with this option. The pizza was not too overbearing and greasy like many pizzas. We specifically asked for light cheese, and the order came to specification. This is a pretty good place to eat. The food was really good. I ordered a pizza, wings, mozzarella sticks and a salad. They were all tasty. The only reason I didn't give them the fifth star is because the way they bring out the food is odd. I got the pizza first, about 3 minutes later we got the mozzarella sticks. Another 5 minutes passed and we got the wings. The last thing they gave us was the salad. That didn't make sense to me. That needs to be worked on. Otherwise, the food was good. read more

It's a boring pizza. Definitely do not plan on going back. Would not recommend--money is better spent elsewhere. I had been craving pizza all this past week. So when my youngest son chose Fratelli's for dinner, he didn't get an argument from me! Tonight, he and I shared a 16" olive and sausage pizza. Normally, I can't live without pepperoni, but I honored my sons' choice and it was amazingly good! The crust had that smokey char on it and was so crisp it didn't droop when you picked it up. On other occasions, with additional family members, we have also enjoyed the wings and the salads. The Big Sky special is our go to, and highly recommended. I've been to this location several times and it never disappoints. The service is always friendly no matter how busy they are. They even expanded into a space in the strip mall behind the restaurant to handle the take out orders and relieve how crowded this old Pizza Hut building gets. Living in Phoenix, I've noticed all the popular "boutique" pizza shops springing up. And I've tried several of them. Did I Yelp! about any of them? No. They are good. And they are a trend. The staff is young, light hearted and quick to help or answer questions. Thin crust pizza is the way to go. Cheese was a mix of flavors and the ingredients were all fresh, including the mushrooms!
