Awesome rental fleet and service. Only 4 not 5 stars because it is VERY expensive to rent if you are a local from Canada. A lot of business here comes from Europe so they are busy every year from EU and USA customers who will pay $$ Pro tip is to rent during March and get a spring 30 day deal and then drive south to the sun! Best value seems to be small/mid size C class (26ft) if two people. When we had an issue on the road (lock broke on side door) Fraserway/Bernie had it paid and fixed for us in California. Let me preface by stating good help is hard to find. Also I do like the personalities of those that work here , this is just my experience. I bought a camper last march. Service broke my tailgate on my brand new truck a dodge 3500 and it took forever to get paid.(march-august) (but that's another story) -what's needling me is this.. I took it to osoyoos this summer and a bunch of systems failed. I purchased the best warranty possible. When i tried to leave osoyoos the back two jacks failed.- so i was stuck- (this rv is a former rental 2022) I then called several fraserway locations and was not helped other than to tell me to find a local repair person and tell them about your warranty. I called a repair guy and told him that my Canada First warranty should cover this mobile repair. He declined the warranty as he had had problems getting paid in the past with this company. So i paid out of pocket and he got me mobile. Once home on monday I called and asked (since i had a pre booked appointment on friday) if I could bring it in early as it is now Stuck to my truck.(imagine a camper stuck to your daily driver) Fraserway said they'd get back about it but sadly never did. This appointment was late August and i told them I needed back by thanksgiving and was assured by service that i'd have it back by then. Thanksgiving week I call them to find that Nothing has been fixed yet(its on order) so basically they can forklift load it on my truck for the weekend. I declined. Knowing they have a huge rv rental biz and knowing that mine was a former one i asked them if they could help me with a rental instead. They declined stating'insurance' issues. It's now Oct.26, i received a call from service stating that my rig will be ready soon. The employee at service told me that my last issue, a septic one needs more time. He said the warranty is covering it but it ran over in diagnostic time so before i get it back i have to agree via text to this almost $1000 on a unit purchased 2024 with a full warranty. ----Maybe think a little more about the customer and how you look in a situation such as this. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Do not use!! We have just finished a wonderful trip around Canada however this has been destroyed by the appalling customer service service from FraserwayRV. Unfortunately on our trip, an incident occurred where we needed help from the emergency services and Fraserways on road support team. We spoke to three different people from the on road support team and all were unhelpful or told us lies. This included not being able to answer basic questions (eg. Where should the rv be towed to), the police noticed Fraserway had issues EXPIRED documents in the vehicle. On top of all this, THREE people from the Fraserway team told us as we had no RV to sleep in, to get a hotel and it would be reimbursed when we dropped off the RV. However, we immediately were told back at the Vancouver branch this was a hard no, simply being told this is not the policy with NO explanation why three people from Fraserway had given us clear instructions that that is what we should do. I urge Fraserway to stop your staff from handing out misinformation to your customers and to be trained on all policies and how to be even slightly useful in emergency situations. Sept 13 I bought a brand-new 2015 camper from fraser way RV in abbottsford -I made an an appointment to pick it up at 5pm and get my orientation--finally at 5:45 they are ready for me--so the guy goes through the camper with me showing me various things inside the camper and how do use them .He was in a hurry because it was at the end of his shift and had worked a long day so he started rushing through the orientation --he help me load the camper I did the tiedowns and he wound up the jacks everything was supposed to be taken care of.... you would think when he winds up the jacks that he would make sure that they are secure ---but he did not flip up the lock switch and mentioned nothing to me that I was needing to do this at any time-- Just Two days later I take the camper out for first night --- on my way out going down the Forest service road there is a dip in the road and I hear a crunch --the Jack had come down and touched the road and ripped the corner out of the camper!!!!! it's a good thing it didn't happen on the freeway I got a hold of my salesman right away and sent him pictures --he assured me that they shouldn't come down for any reason whether they were locked or not and would let me know what Fraser Way would do but mentioning I would probably have to use my insurance????? I wonder what the insurance company would say??? I got passed around the dealership looking for someone to deal with my problem--there quick to talk to you when you're buying but nobody returns your calls when you have a problem finally service department takes a stand and blames the Happy Jack Company for the problem and sends them in for warranty because they felt that there was a problem with them !!!--- Happy jack says no there's no problem with the Jack's now there back to telling me I need to use my insurance again---total lack of taking responsibility Their guy loaded the camper and mentioned nothing about the lock switches so they blame the Jack company and when jack company says there's nothing wrong with the jacks they don't want to take responsibility they're doing everything to get out of 1000 or $2000 repair bill!! I worked there in summer 2019. It was a seasonal job for me what I really liked. Some of my colleges from Europe were nice but the full time employee do not feel you welcome. Way too much politics behind the scenes. You have lot's of free time you get to stand around on your phones/gossiping/and do doing nothing all day. The work is not hard at all. In the beginning we all had to sign polices about many regulations inc. cellphone use. No one cares about that after you sign it. You get told to speak english only but the supervisor and manager always talks in german/swiss. Over all a very easy job. If you want is easy work here. No rules everyone is afraid you will quit. With COVID lockdowns, out-of-province travel a no-go and knowing that many small BC communities are ambivalent about welcoming regular visitors this summer, we decided to do a self-contained RV camping trip, taking our "family bubble" on the road in mid-June to explore our beautiful province. We rented the small C Class motorhome from Fraserway in Delta for a 2,500 km, 12-day circle tour following the routes of BC's mighty rivers - the Fraser, Thompson, Columbia, Kootenay and Similkameen. The mid-size C-class (which the staff recommended) would probably have been a better fit for us (couple with grown son) but we loved the panoramic rear windows, easier maneuverability & gas-friendly features of the smaller vehicle. It was brand-new, well equipped and everything worked as it should. As first-time RV-ers, we were somewhat daunted by all the systems to take care of in the operating manual but they provided a thorough pre-departure briefing & we found it easier than expected once on the road. Staff was also very quick to reply to our few questions via text. This was definitely a "bucket list" trip for us - discovering the beauty of our gorgeous province, unplugging after a very stressful few months, and best of all, escaping the crowds of the city and the typical summer travel jams without putting ourselves or others at risk! Tip: plan your route and reserve provincial park campsites early, especially on weekends. We were only able to get sites with electric hookups for 3 of the 12 nights but were pretty conservative re using power, water, etc & found it was no problem being off the grid for 2-3 nights in a row. Very disappointed in the service. Made an appointment 2 months ago and was told they would need almost 2 weeks to look at it....not sure why I was not told this at the time the appointment was made. We purchased our RV from fraserway and going forward would probably purchase at Traveland they take care of their customers from what I'm told. This is not the first incident, we got an estimate to replace some moulding it was 900.00 it ended up costing 2200.00 and less than a year later it is falling off. read more

A little up set with lack of service, NO SERVICE or care I called earlier today, I was across the street form Fraserway Rv in Delta. With a very low tire on my truck. Not a flat. I called the Rv dealer. I explained my problem, I asked if someone could put air in my tire, I was put on hold, upon return she said "everyone was to busy" I then said. I would pay "I'm stuck and Tiring to catch a ferry" I asked can I put air in my tire, she replied"the answer is NO" I'm a automotive painter, collision specialist with red seal 35yrs experience Fully qualified to rebuild an Rv let alone put air in my tire, I politely said wow , thank you and hung up These guy suck, I would rate 0 stars if I could Ps I do own a 36 foot 5th wheel Rv and love my time in it, Thank you for reading DOUG read more

Not sure about the Abbotsford location, but the Delta location seems pretty much useless if you need RV service. It says on their site that Delta has an RV service department but I went to talk to someone in there, to ask them to look at the car I'd like to tow behind my RV, so they could see if a towbar they sell would be suitable, and the lady at the service desk wouldn't even get a service tech to look. Just told me to go to Abbotsford. Seriously? Your service department, at a place that will sell me a towbar, doesn't have a service technician who could let me know which towbar I should order? And on top of that, she tells me the bar would be no return. So I'm supposed to order a non returnable item and you won't have a guy in your "service" department at least look to see that I'd be ordering the right item? They should remove any reference to having a service department at that location, it's clearly not true. read more
