But since it was +10 since last "pump-out", I should really get it pumped (additional $680). Trusting them, I did both services. The following day, had a vile, putrid smell in my house. Called them and they said it might be due to the waste lines not being "straight" (whatever that means) and there was nothing they could do about that. Smell there still on day 3 and called them again. Same reply.....not there problem. Been in my home for +40 years. For past 15 years it's been just wife and myself, so low-usage. Never had a single problem. Will never use again, nor recommend to my friends. Terrible customer service.

We had a sinkhole appeared in the backyard couple weeks post Hurricane Ida which really worried me…read more We called various service providers including waterproofing, landscapers and eventually sewer/drain services which turned out to be the right choice. When I finally found and reached out to Mike via Yelp (thank u YELP!) with preliminary questions, he was responsive and got back to me within an hour and we scheduled a visit for later on the same day. Mike and Elisa came by and quickly diagnosed the issue in being a collapsed drywell which we decided to replace. We went with Mike after a day or so of deliberation because he was responsive via text on answering all our questions and his price was fair compared to 2 other providers we were speaking with. He also promised (and fulfilled it during time of installation) to fix any broken sprinkler lines and asphalt driveway as he needed to enlarge the existing catch basin/drain, while another provider we spoke with, did not agree to do that which meant post installation, we would need to hire irrigation company and contractor for additional repairs. The day of install Mike came with his crew and in a couple hours of time, installed a new drywell along with filling the previous sinkhole and gave me a detailed paid invoice. It was interesting looking in the large hole they dug with heavy machinery since its not something I see often time, his crew was courteous while I was there. Mike then returned as promised a few days later to repair the sprinkler/asphalt and offered to come back if any issues. I had a positive experience w/ Mike and would recommend.

I called a bunch of places to get estimates for having the septic tank and overflow tank pumped. His prices were very fair, and actually beat the other companies I called. But that's not he primary reason I chose him; I wanted a small company with a good reputation. Mike is a one-man show, so you get an owner-operated business, which has many advantages as compared to the larger companies. Mike showed up on time, was easy-going, and did the job thoroughly; he even cleaned up the lawn neatly afterwards (where he did his digging). The cost actually came out less than the estimate, he adjusted the price because not much needed to be pumped out of the overflow. I definitely recommend Mike for septic and cesspool issues. He's a no-nonsense guy, he does the job right with no games, he's not out to rip you off like some other companies. Thanks Mike!

They fixed the clog and got most of the junk out of the trunk :) turned out our c-pool and solid waste box has not been pumped in a long while since we did not know where they were. Well after some searching with special metal detector and other cool gadgets they found the c-pool, they also advised us who to call to get copies of where items were placed on our home survey just to be sure. Well they were correct. After speaking to the Owner "Domenic" who was Extremely Knowledgable he advised us how to make this a bunch easier in the future to get our systems pumped to avoid this horror in the future. After agreeing on a price I was happy to see their quality of work at a Super Fair price. No hidden agenda just HONESTY. THANKYOU so Much for being fair and honest from beginning to end.
