As I read the comments I come across those that say this restaurant is fantastic and those that say the exact opposite. For those of you who say it is fantastic, I would love to know the explanation. I worked here when it first opened for a while and to put it simple, it's a hell hole. 100% of the food you are eating comes from boxes, tubes, and cans. Even the "homemade" bread comes from Walmart. It is packaged in plastic wrap and if it looks like it hasn't been opened, the servers are trained to put it back into a basket and serve it to the next round of customers. There's a 75% chance the bread you are eating has been at another table before. The ice in your drinks are transferred from the ice machine to the soda machine by the same buckets used to defrost the meat such as the chicken and frog legs. (No-they are not properly cleaned out). Similar to this, the hash browns you are eating are cut up and placed in the SAME black bins dirty dishes are put in before they bring them to the dish washer. (Don't worry-they're just rinsed out before.) As several reviews have stated, if you find a hair or bug in your food the manager will tell you you're the one that put it in there, make you pay for it, and yell at you to leave and never come back. There was a time the fridge with all the dressings and milk was left open the whole night and when we came back the next day, everything was warm and soiled. The manager told us to close it and use everything in there. When you are told there is no manger, that is a lie because the managers are the cooks- one of them is there at all times. There are plenty more stories and circumstances that should not be happening in a restaurant. Someone must be very close to the health inspector in there because in my books, none of this would pass. My recommendation- don't eat here unless you're willing to pay for reused food flavored with hair and bugs. read more
