I first called on 4/13 and spoke with Caroline, who was incredibly personable and transparent. She clearly explained the pricing structure: $475 if the digging to the tank cover didn't exceed three feet, and $50 for each additional foot beyond that. I really appreciated her honesty upfront--it's refreshing not to be surprised by extra charges after the work is done. She also let me know that a complimentary camera inspection would be included after the service, which added even more value. On the morning of 4/16, I called again because my wife likes to prepare meals and beverages for workers, and we wanted to know how many people to expect. I spoke with Yasmin, who was upbeat and friendly. She let me know that a crew of three would be arriving and that the service would take about two hours. She also updated me that the arrival window had narrowed from 8 AM-5 PM to 8 AM-noon, which was helpful for planning. The crew arrived later than planned (no big deal), led by manager Nate, supervisor Lance, and a trainee named Hector. It was clear right away that this team, assembled by their "big boss" Arelic, was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. I had several questions--probably six or seven--and each one was answered thoroughly in a way that was easy to understand. Nate even took the time to draw a diagram on his tablet to explain how the underground system works and what they would be doing. At one point, Nate had to leave for another job and confidently left Lance in charge. That alone spoke volumes about the trust and teamwork within the company. Lance did an excellent job leading the operation and ensuring everything ran smoothly. I also appreciated how he mentored Hector, making sure he followed all safety procedures and even offering him praise for his work. That kind of positive reinforcement says a lot about the company culture. Overall, I was 100% satisfied with my experience. From the first phone call to the completion of the job, everything was handled professionally and with care. I highly recommend Cisneros Brothers to anyone in need of septic services.

I was so impressed with the company and crew that I will only use them going forward. Edwin was the tech this time and he pointed out a few things the previous firm's tech never mentioned. The duct work was burnt as a result of it leaning against the exhaust. Edwin separated the duct from the exhaust, determined only the outer wrap was damaged and wrapped that section in fire resistant tape. The penetration for power into the unit was not properly sealed and he corrected that. There was no surge protector on the unit, I had him install one. Finally, there was no secondary condensate pan installed. I asked Edwin if he could install one, he indicated he could but it wouldn't be effective, the secondary pan is supposed to be installed during installation. I appreciated his honesty as he could have easily installed a pan under the unit that wouldn't have been effective. My wife and I have allergies and I asked Edwin if he was familiar with ionizing the air to eliminate dust. He was knowledgeable, we discussed options and I had one installed. It's been two days and I can tell the difference. I work from home, sneeze several times a day and just realized I haven't sneezed in two days since the install. Lastly, as part of the Protection Plan, I scheduled my on demand water heater to be flushed this week. I had been quoted $400 from the firm who used to do the service.
