Frankie's just catered a meal for 120 people for us. They were so easy to work with. We sat down and designed the menu for the banquet. They made good suggestions. When the evening came, they were set up on time, had the appetizers ready on time. They kept the food line well stocked for dinner and had some fun desserts for our Mexican themed party. They left the facilty very clean when they left. I can't express how well they did. This was our first time with them but it will not be our last. Did I mention how good the food was? Ordered the herb/mozzarella/tomato/spinach/basil grilled cheese on sourdough! Delicious, just like the waitress said it would be! Husband got the chicken caprese sandwich which was also tasty but thought the chicken was processed rather than chicken breast. Lots of cars in parking lot which is usually a good sign too. Worth the 15 min trip off of the Ohio turnpike. read more

When walking in it was a cute little place. I was kind of thrown off by the large menus that include Mexican, Italian, and American food; that was the first red flag. My signifigant other ordered the cheese pizza which was good but no flavor. I ordered the steak fajitas, when presented on our table they looked spectacular then I started with the steak, it was unseasoned with no pepper nor salt; it tasted as if it was sitting in the fridge a little to long but no long enough to be unedible. Then I moved on to the refined beans and rice... This is where it got really bad. The beans were so old it looked and smelled like cooked cat food, very rancide and completely unedible. Absolute worst meal I have had in years. We ordered the pork nachos for an appetizer. The pork was cold. Sent it back, it came out warm, at best. Wife ordered the Italian Combo sub (1/2), I ordered the Italian Sub (1/2) with fries. When they came out the meat was ice cold. Bun warm, but meat ice cold. Sent them back....they put the whole sandwich in the microwave to heat the meat!!!! Guess what? When they came back, yes, the meat was warm, but now the bread and the mayo on it was literally soup. It was totally disgusting. Just had this garbage for dinner tonight...and they thoughtfully asked if they could take the subs off our bill???? How nice. It was GARBAGE. Do not eat here. The last time I went there I ordered the bean buritto...one of my favorites when this was a good place to eat. It was gross also, but I wrote it off as a one time thing and didn't post a negative review. This was too much. It was horrible. And guess what? The "manager" saw how bad it was, and do you think he came over to apologize? NOPE! Stood there like an idiot and counted the money in the register! WORST MEAL EVER....DO NOT GO THERE! IT IS HORRIBLE. I've lived in this town for 40+ years. Frankies used to be one of the best ever. Now, under the new ownership, it is absolutely horrible. Disgusting. Not the waitress' fault. I was traveling through the area and the hotel manager recommended Frankie's. This is a nice small town restaurant. Lots to pick from on the menu. Prices were good and portions were large. Staff was very friendly and made me feel at home. Definitely worth checking out. read more

Terribly slow. Over 45 minutes to get breakfast. Several people came and went in the time it has taken to get our food. Food is good, the poor service isn't worth the wait. They simply were too busy to provide good service it appeared. read more

Very disappointed and I've had good meals here before yesterday. I got the Buffalo Chicken Wrap, but it didn't have buffalo sauce or blue cheese crumbles.
