If you're looking for garage that's not some chop shop in some sketchy part of Washington DC... If you just want decent mechanic... ...do yourself a favor, print the map on the right-hand side and drop off your car there. Having been driving and wrecking cars for over 15 years in Washington DC, trust me, I've gone through more than a few. Anyone new in town, I always recommend this guy. New luxury car or every day, doesn't matter, he'll take care of you. Case in point: I rarely drive, when I do, I shamefully drive my old 1995 Toyota Corolla (yes garage kept mind you).
