Promised he could complete by July 14th. He took $16,000 deposit in May, and then a couple of days later he needed another $6,000. He hired some people for a couple days to break up concrete. He never paid his sub (sprinkler and lighting guy) so I had to pay that out of pocket so they wouldn't rip out all of the sprinkler/lighting work. Another $4k there. I'd gone online and read numerous horror stories about companies that rip people off on gutter guards but I needed them desperately so I decided to bite the bullet. They dropped off a few samples along with an explanation sheet explaining the benefits of each. I was rather surprised by the price which I consider to be more than fair.
