Last Spring we hired this company to renovate our front lawn. They came & did the work, but we…read morewere not pleased. Our front yard was torn up & not evened out after roto tilling, & there was still a huge amount of thatch left unraked. We called to have them come back. They said it looked good. We said that it did not, and asked them to redo the seeding. They did. When the grass started to come up, we were horrified to find that there were 2 different colors! I placed 2 or 3 phone calls to the company to say that we were very unhappy. Our calls were not returned. I spent all of last Fall re- raking and dethatching my lawn. It was an enormous amount of work, especially as I have a bad back, and am no longer young. When Spring came around this year again, I had to dethatch my lawn again because so much thatch had been left unraked by the company to begin with. I also had to reseed, to try to get the lawn all one color. We specifically told the company that we needed to have our lawn looking great, so that we might have the option of putting the house on the market within a couple of years. This company was highly recommended, so we are very put out and disappointed. We paid a lot of money for the work, & I ended up having to redo everything myself by hand. I am including pictures of the patchwork looking colors of the lawn, as well as the wheelbarrows full of thatch that I raked and hauled back into my woods. I would definitely not recommend this company.

The team at Creative were extremely helpful with their 3D computer program really helping us to imagine many of the ideas presented. We built a complicated 2 sided Infinity Edge pool with a huge shelf and a hot tub in the middle. Brett told us at the beginning that because the house was new and all the grounds were disturbed during the construction the job was especially challenging. Brett's imagination and improvisation saved us a great deal of money. When we opened the pool after the 1st winter we had settling cracks and other issues. At this point the entire job was paid in full and I truly thought we were facing a disaster and would probably need a lawyer. Post project problems and a fully paid contractor can be a problem if you don't have a reputable contractor. Fortunately I was lucky and we had one of those reputable contractors. Brett and the crew came back and fixed everything. Besides my incredible pool, they installed a huge porcelain paver patio and an outdoor kitchen. All I can say is when you do big projects, problems are always inevitable. The Creative Paver Team were terrific. They stood behind their work, showed up when they said, and even though my job was paid in full they kept my project at the top of their priority list until all work was complete. I am an extremely satisfied customer and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Creative Pavers for your project.
