Effi Hanai was the Project Manager and he was diligent in getting the project completed. It was right around the Christmas holiday week but Effi and the workers were able to wrap the project up ahead of when we originally estimated and the results were fantastic. The price was very fair in my opinion and the work was done professionally. Always nervous dealing with a contractor for the first time but they were super reliable and the work service provided was high quality. They spackled, primed, and painted all the walls. Barny was able to re-enforce our basement steps that were not stable and in poor condition. He provided us various solutions to maintain the existing stairs and keep everything cost effective. He painted the risers, stained the steps, and caulked where it was needed.
