He was extremely patient,…read moreworked with us on our timeline and is a cabinet maker by trade and was able to troubleshoot some design flaws in our planning. We went with Fabuwood cabinets which are fantastic for the price. We took estimates from Lowes, a local custom kitchen and bath, but ultimately ended up working with Alba because of Matt and the excellent value for the cabinets.

Needed all new cabinets for our kitchen so after meeting with a couple places I settled on Alba…read more What really sold me was the fabuwood cabinets and their guarantee. As we all know, things happen and sometimes things just happen out of our control so I liked that assurance. Plus I had read about their quality and I liked what I saw. I don't believe you need to get custom everything but I also don't believe in buying the cheapest option available to you. This seemed like the perfect compromise. I was able to meet with a designer, and although we weren't changing much in the kitchen, as we were keeping the original layout, he was able to suggest where we could make some visual architectural tweaks to make the kitchen pop more. I very much appreciated that I could see a full sketch on the computer versus a drawing layout. Once I committed there was a deposit and then the remaining half down and the rest upon completion. I did have a hiccup with the crown molding being a different color, but they were able to order the correct one and it was shipped out within a month. However, I had to pay to have my contractor remove the initial molding and put the new molding up. There were also issues with holes not lined for shelving which we just have to live with or at some point commit to making our own holes. This is pretty poor. It has been about 6 months and so far they are holding up.

6 or so years ago I purchased my kitchen cabinets from Kuche+Cucina - along with the general design…read more[and quite a bit of custom fabrication]. I am still ecstatic about the result -- I mean like I still smile every time I walk into the kitchen and open the fridge door!! Fast forward to Thanksgiving 2022... 4 year old grandson decides to throw something and dented the kick panel under the refrigerator. I was really something rather minor... but my OCD was kicking in big time, so I gave Rissa a call and she sorted it out... and I mean WAY over and above sorted it out. I have rarely ever been as happy with a vendor / provider -- while I had expected the worst, it was very much the opposite -- they have not yet invented words to describe how much I think this firm has some of the best "after sale support" [and we're talking a LOT of years past the actual sale!!]. While I doubt I'll be replacing a kitchen again anytime soon... if anyone ever asks me for a recommendation, there will be zero hesitation on this recommendation.

We worked with Kuche + Cucina for a kitchen remodel in Manhattan and also worked with another…read morerenovation group for the rest of the apartment. We really enjoyed working with Carmi to establish the design and that process was very painless and flexible. We were set to start on renovations in early 2020 however with COVID, we had to delay our renovations due to the building's policy. Kuche+Cucina was super understanding and held our cabinets for us until we were ready and felt comfortable with proceeding with renovations given the circumstances. However, the main reason that this is a 3 star review is that we definitely had some issues working with the renovation coordinator. Though I think we were all in unfamiliar waters with the pandemic I definitely felt like there were quite a few times when the ball was dropped on their side. For example we weren't told in advance that our contractor would need to move certain outlets in order for the cabinets to be installed even though we had asked explicitly beforehand if there was anything that needed to be done in advance. This caused delays in the whole process and required the other renovation company to schedule last minute changes around them which luckily they had no issue with. There were also multiple times that we were asked for information in an urgent manner that we had already provided prior which made the process quite stressful. In addition it seemed like coordination between Kuche+Cucina and the actual workers was a bit messy and just confusing in general. We would be asked one thing by the workers and be told by Kuche+Cucina to just not worry about it. But then later it would come up as a last minute problem and Kuche+Cucina seemed just as confused as we were and said that this was an issue with the contractors rather than take responsibility for their poor communication with their contractors. I expected a profession kitchen renovation company to be more organized especially for a relatively straightforward cabinet installation. Some requests were also totally ignored. For example, we requested that a soap dispenser hole be made in the countertop we ordered and received confirmation from the group but no hole was ever made. It's not really a huge deal to us but it's definitely just one example of many small communication issues that we had with Kuche+Cucina and the communication between them and their contractors. Meanwhile the other renovation company that we worked with for the rest of the apartment work was super communicative and easy to work with even when we hit unexpected road bumps. Since all this occurred during an unprecedented pandemic I would take our experience with a grain of salt but we probably wouldn't choose to work with Kuche+Cucina in the future.

Mike, Joe, Charlie, and their whole crew renovated both bathrooms and converted our sunroom into a space we now can't imagine living without. From the very first estimate to the final walk-through, communication was outstanding. Any question we had (no matter how small), Mike, Joe, or Charlie answered immediately and patiently--always with a smile and total reassurance. They take immense pride in their work, caught details we never would have considered, and offered suggestions that took everything to the next level. They started right on time and finished in under 6 weeks (would've been even quicker if our windows and vanities hadn't been delayed by the suppliers). The craftsmanship is flawless--every time I walk by the sunroom or step into one of the bathrooms I'm still in awe. It's honestly a work of art. By the end we were genuinely sad to see them leave. They'd become part of our daily routine, and saying goodbye felt like saying goodbye to family. We miss having them around! If you want contractors who treat your home and your family like their own, hire ProBros LLC without hesitation. Mike, Joe, Charlie--you guys are the best. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

They delivered an incredible transformation--one that we genuinely love walking into every single day. What stood out most was their clear, step‑by‑step breakdown of the entire process. We always knew what was happening, what to expect next, and how long each phase would take. That level of communication made the project feel smooth and stress‑free. They also worked with impressive efficiency, completing the remodel in just a matter of weeks without ever compromising on quality. Every detail--from the craftsmanship to the finishing touches--shows real pride in their work! Our new kitchen feels brighter, more functional, and truly ours. We couldn't be happier with the result and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor who is skilled, reliable, and a pleasure to work with.
