So, after the fact of delivery, I had an question with my kitchen sink and disposal hookup. I called the showroom to find out about it. Michael couldn't answer me right away, (my plumber was waiting to finish the job) but he said that within 30 minutes he would get back to me. He did, and definitely was not only able to solve the problem, but give me the vendor representative from that company to talk directly to my plumber on how to resolve the problem.
