After 6 days, (not including wait time for my tiles to arrive), I have 2 bathrooms and one powder room updated! Even when we ran into some issues (a couple more leaks, plumbing issues, some mold), Kennedy stayed true to the quote he provided me. He and his team were meticulous. Very happy with his work. When we raised concerns, the response repeatedly came back to "the contract" rather than what had actually been discussed and promised during the sales process. My advice to anyone considering them is to get every single detail in writing. Most disappointing was the professionalism. At one point, language was used about having other clients with "real money" to deal with. That is simply not the kind of language or attitude you expect from a professional contractor speaking to a paying customer. They did attempt to come back and correct some of the work, but even that left items unfinished. Overall, a very disappointing experience and one where the sales promises were far stronger than the execution.
