Super nice, normal and friendly staff who will do everything possible to ensure you have an ultimate experience. (No snobs on staff.) Today I drove 20 minutes from HP to go to this store specifically. (The Downtown and Northpark location are no where close in giving a great experience! Those employees are aloof, or on busy days - frazzled and can barely deal with 2 customers at the same time.) I was greated by a nice lady as I walked in who answered 2 questions I had. A few minutes later I passed her again and she offered to alert the cologne staff I was headed that way. Awesome VIP service to a unknown customer! (Nafise - you are fabulous!) At the cologne area, Geraldyne took 45 minutes to help me evaluate Tom Ford colognes. It was so fun - and there was a vendor rep who joined us and helped. I had a blast!!! So, they gave me 3 sample tubes of the Tom Fords I likes most. But then they pulled out 14 other samples of high end men's colognes!! They even included the #1 winner of the best cologne in the world too (it won the world wide FIFI cologne competition). Then I got to chat for 30 minutes with Nafise on my way out. Turns out she is on the management team and awesome to know. Personally, I've not had such a great Neimans experience in decades. I'll NEVER go to Northpark or Downtown again. My home is Neiman-Marcus at Willow Bend!

They will follow you around glaring, and treat you as if you're seconds away from committing armed robbery. Then, when it is time to check out be prepared to spend 15 minutes wandering around looking for the same employees that were just stalking behind you you're entire shopping experience. I finally got to the point where I just left and I will NEVER come back. Drive to Dallas or Fort Worth because this is truly ridiculous.

I came in this evening to buy a new outfit and the women who worked there were SO pleasant and sweet. They offered me a drink while I shopped (got an espresso, YUM!) they also have wine and Prosecco! I ended up buying a super cute new outfit that I absolutely love. They also support a company called 3 Strands which supports human trafficking survivors and those at risk. I picked up several new items for this little dude and most of the store was 40% off. I don't have a clue in the world about babies or small children so I'm buying all random sizes and as much as it would have been nice for our children to be close in age and me ask to use these fits in the future, that's never happening!!! Love Carter's always have! The quality still seems ok for little toss on items. If there's some new really cute baby gear store that I have no idea about, I'd love you to drop them in my dm's because while this is not my first rodeo I haven't been in this arena in 2.5 decades. Great store, selection and prices. I've gotta pump the brakes on his wardrobe and focus on mine since one of us will only be able to wear things for a couple months until they outgrow them. No one greeted us, and when we approached the register to check out, the cashier had her back turned to us while we stood at the counter. We waited several minutes before being acknowledged. When she finally turned around, the interaction was not very pleasant. Customer service plays a big role in the shopping experience, and this visit fell short in that area. It's definitely pricier than crafting yourself at home, but it's so fun to see everything in one space and have some pros help you out. Definitely would recommend for a girls day!

American Airlines broke the wheel off my suitcase during my last trip, and so I was in need of a…read morenew one. Shopped all around and brought one home from Nordstrom Rack and TJ Max. At the end of what ended up being an 18 hour day, I found myself returning the TJ Max suitcase. But, as I showed the suitcase to the woman at checkout at Marshall's she informed me that I was at the wrong store, the tag on the case said TJ Max. We laughed, and I said "Oh no, where is the closest TJ Max?" Well it was 20 min away. I must have looked like I deflated into the floor. Then as I walked out Sadie called to me, "Sir, I can help you." I'm like, what do you mean?, this is Marshall's. Then she informed me that Marshall's and TJ Max are owned by the same parent company and that she knew how to do the return. What a random act of kindness, I was so grateful for that exceptional customer experience. A super special thanks to Sadie for letting me get home to see my kids and have some dinner instead of sending me on a trek to find the closest TJ Max. Thank you so much!

I immediately went to my local store and showed them my receipt. Since the picture of what I ordered and what I received they could not do the return in store. REALLY? The problem seems pretty obvious and was definitely NOT of my making.they wouldn't even do a store credit. MY receipt clearly showed what I ordered and how much I spent. They referred me to Marshall 1-800.I called on 5 separate days and spoke to 5 different people, each assuring me they would email a return label. I didn't get any return labels (yes, of course I checked my junk emails). This seems pretty incompetent considering the original order,and subsequent follow up emails were sent to the proper email address; clearly they have it. I am at a total loss and pretty disgusted with the entire process.
